【摘要】：技能短缺、技能溢價(jià)、社會(huì)投資國(guó)家、公民受教育權(quán)等要素共同作用,促進(jìn)國(guó)家資格框架的衍生,政策趨同效應(yīng)能增加國(guó)家資格框架的全球覆蓋率。未來(lái)的國(guó)家資格框架將會(huì)更加全納、公平、有質(zhì)量,國(guó)家資格框架的社會(huì)功能將更加多元化,國(guó)家資格框架治理必將出現(xiàn)更加協(xié)調(diào)的合作伙伴關(guān)系等發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)可通過(guò)建立國(guó)家資格框架以形成全納的教育培訓(xùn)體系,強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)教融合與校企合作,升級(jí)教育與培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè),提高教育與培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Skills shortages, skill premiums, social investment countries, citizens' right to education, etc., contribute to the derivation of national eligibility frameworks, Policy convergence effects will increase the global coverage of national eligibility frameworks. Future national eligibility frameworks will be more inclusive, equitable and qualitative, and the social functions of national eligibility frameworks will be more diversified. The governance of the national qualification framework is bound to lead to a more coordinated partnership and other development trends. China can strengthen the integration of industry and education with the cooperation of schools and enterprises by establishing a national qualification framework to form an inclusive education and training system. Upgrade the infrastructure of education and training institutions and improve the quality of education and training.
