【摘要】：通過研究專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的內(nèi)涵、繼續(xù)教育的新使命和新常態(tài)下專業(yè)技術(shù)人才繼續(xù)教育存在的問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)專業(yè)技術(shù)人才繼續(xù)教育普遍存在辦學(xué)目標(biāo)模糊不清、發(fā)展定位嚴(yán)重趨同且不能主動適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展新需求、教與學(xué)嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)、監(jiān)管措施不力等問題。專業(yè)技術(shù)人才繼續(xù)教育應(yīng)切合實際,既兼顧廣而全,又要向?qū)６l(fā)展;既服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)行業(yè),又面向新興產(chǎn)業(yè);既擴(kuò)大受眾群體,又提供個性化服務(wù)。應(yīng)踐行終身教育理念,在改革與創(chuàng)新過程中明確發(fā)展定位,做好頂層設(shè)計,科學(xué)規(guī)劃,合理布局,打破壁壘,搭建網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)湫头⻊?wù)平臺,加大監(jiān)督考核力度,適時調(diào)整,以創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為突破點,在滿足個性化需求的同時,推動我國創(chuàng)新型社會不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By studying the connotation of professional and technical talents, the new mission of continuing education and the problems existing in continuing education of professional and technical talents under the new normal, it is found that the aim of continuing education of professional and technical talents is generally vague. The development orientation is very similar and can not adapt to the new needs of social development, teaching and learning is seriously disjointed, supervision measures are not enough. The continuing education of professional and technical personnel should be practical, both wide and complete, but also to the specialized and fine development; It not only serves the basic industry, but also faces the new industry. It not only expands the audience group, but also provides individualized service. We should practice the concept of lifelong education, make clear the development orientation in the process of reform and innovation, do a good job of top level design, scientific planning and rational layout, Breaking down barriers, setting up network topology service platform, strengthening supervision and examination, adjusting timely, taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as breakthrough point, promoting the continuous development of innovative society while satisfying the individualized demand.
