【摘要】：我國(guó)繼續(xù)教育在經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展之后,越來(lái)越被社會(huì)認(rèn)可,不管是從政府還是國(guó)企事業(yè)單位,在一定程度上都重視在職人員的繼續(xù)教育。而作為為社會(huì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用人才的高職院校,在繼續(xù)教育領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展并不盡如人意,在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,繼續(xù)教育市場(chǎng)化是順應(yīng)時(shí)代變化進(jìn)行新的發(fā)展模式。文章從高職院校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析高職院校繼續(xù)教育要走市場(chǎng)化道路的原因以及對(duì)如何在大環(huán)境下走好這條市場(chǎng)化的發(fā)展道路提出一點(diǎn)思考。
[Abstract]:After the rapid development of the economy, continuing education in our country is increasingly recognized by the society, whether from the government or state-owned enterprises or institutions. To a certain extent, we attach importance to the continuing education of in-service personnel, but the development of higher vocational colleges in the field of continuing education is not satisfactory, and in the era of knowledge economy, the higher vocational colleges, as the training of talents in technology application for social construction, are not satisfactory in the field of continuing education. The marketization of continuing education is a new mode of development in accordance with the changes of the times. This paper analyzes the reasons why continuing education in higher vocational colleges should take the road of marketization and puts forward some thoughts on how to take the road of marketization under the general environment.
