【摘要】：西藏大學(xué)生就業(yè)是事關(guān)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要民生問題,目前西藏大學(xué)生就業(yè)中存在就業(yè)渠道狹窄,就業(yè)觀念落后等問題,就業(yè)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)面臨多種挑戰(zhàn)。建立大學(xué)生就業(yè)保障機(jī)制可以降低大學(xué)生待業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促進(jìn)西藏大學(xué)生就業(yè)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生就業(yè)保障機(jī)制可以從事前預(yù)防和事后補(bǔ)救兩方面展開,事前預(yù)防是較為宏觀的長(zhǎng)期性措施,有助于拓寬西藏大學(xué)生就業(yè)渠道,改善大學(xué)生就業(yè)環(huán)境,事后補(bǔ)救主要包括大學(xué)生待業(yè)保險(xiǎn),針對(duì)未就業(yè)畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)助,降低待業(yè)大學(xué)生人數(shù)增加的潛在威脅,促進(jìn)西藏大學(xué)生就業(yè)制度改革及就業(yè)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Employment of Tibetan college students is an important livelihood issue related to social and economic development and social stability. At present, there are some problems in employment of Tibetan college students, such as narrow employment channels and backward employment concepts. The realization of long-term employment mechanism is faced with many challenges. Establishing the employment security mechanism for college students can reduce the risk of employment for college students and promote the realization of long-term employment mechanism for Tibetan college students. The employment security mechanism for college students can be carried out in two aspects: prevention before and after remedying. Prevention in advance is a macroscopical and long-term measure, which will help broaden the employment channels for Tibetan college students and improve the employment environment for college students. Ex post remedies mainly include unemployment insurance for college students, economic subsidies for unemployed graduates, reducing the potential threat of increasing the number of unemployed college students, and promoting the reform of employment system and the realization of long-term employment mechanism for Tibetan college students.
