【摘要】：隨著高等教育從精英教育走向大眾教育,高等學(xué)校學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育的生源人數(shù)逐年下滑。為此,高等學(xué)校繼續(xù)教育如何創(chuàng)新發(fā)展成為人們關(guān)注的問題。圍繞國家大力發(fā)展非學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育,穩(wěn)步發(fā)展學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育的方針政策,本文總結(jié)高等學(xué)校繼續(xù)教育存在的問題,分析行業(yè)類高等學(xué)校繼續(xù)教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢,探索行業(yè)類高等學(xué)校非學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的對策,提供了行業(yè)類高等學(xué)校非學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的具體案例。
[Abstract]:As higher education moves from elite education to mass education, the number of students in continuing education for higher education has declined year by year. How to innovate and develop continuing education in colleges and universities has become a problem that people pay close attention to. According to the principles and policies of developing non-academic continuing education and developing continuing education steadily, this paper summarizes the problems existing in continuing education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the advantages of the innovation and development of continuing education in trade colleges and universities, probes into the countermeasures for the innovation and development of non-academic continuing education in trade colleges and universities, and provides a concrete case for the innovation and development of non-academic continuing education in trade colleges and universities.
