【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是指農(nóng)村人口不斷向城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)移,二三產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷向城鎮(zhèn)集聚,從而使城鎮(zhèn)數(shù)量增加、規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的過程。傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民在我國農(nóng)村中仍占很大比重,這既不符合城鎮(zhèn)化要求,也不利于現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展。對農(nóng)民工、兼業(yè)農(nóng)民、新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的認(rèn)識及其教育培訓(xùn)是城鎮(zhèn)化的基本工作,是解決"三農(nóng)"問題的關(guān)鍵,也是推進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化"四化同步"發(fā)展的重要前提。
[Abstract]:Urbanization refers to the process of the continuous transfer of rural population to cities and towns, and the agglomeration of secondary and tertiary industries to towns, thus increasing the number and scale of cities and towns. Traditional agriculture, farmers still occupy a large proportion in the rural areas of our country. This is neither in line with the requirements of urbanization nor conducive to the development of modern agriculture. The understanding, education and training of migrant workers, part-time farmers and new type of professional farmers are the basic work of urbanization and the key to solving the "three rural" problems. It is also an important premise to promote the development of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization.
