【摘要】：隨著終身學習體系建設(shè)的進展,作為促進學習型社會形成的學分銀行受到研究者和教育者的關(guān)注。職教與遠教一體化學分銀行作為學分銀行的一部分,旨在通過消除職業(yè)教育與遠程教育之間的隔閡,通過統(tǒng)一資歷架構(gòu)和認證標準體系,在職業(yè)教育與遠程教育領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)學分認證、積累與轉(zhuǎn)換。它遵循實質(zhì)等效、拓寬兩類教育發(fā)展通道、有效對接其他資歷架構(gòu)和促進兩類教育融合等發(fā)展原則,以開放、全納、多元等價值追求為導向,以"資歷+標準"制度體系為核心,以政策支持為保障,構(gòu)建學分銀行組織框架。落實職教與遠教一體化學分銀行組織框架,需要通過頂層設(shè)計與基礎(chǔ)創(chuàng)新結(jié)合,以變革型領(lǐng)導為引領(lǐng)、質(zhì)量保證體系為支撐,從而實現(xiàn)職教與遠教一體化學分銀行的功效。
[Abstract]:With the development of lifelong learning system, credit banks, which promote the formation of a learning-oriented society, have attracted the attention of researchers and educators. By eliminating the gap between vocational education and distance education, and by unifying the qualification framework and certification standard system, the paper aims to realize credit certification, accumulation and conversion in the field of vocational education and distance education. To broaden the channels of development of the two types of education, to effectively link up with other seniority structures and to promote the integration of the two types of education, and to take the value pursuit of openness, inclusiveness and pluralism as the orientation, and the system of "qualification standards" as the core. With policy support as the guarantee, the construction of the credit bank organizational framework, the implementation of the vocational education and distance education integration credit bank organizational framework, need through the top-level design and basic innovation, led by transformational leadership, quality assurance system as the support, So as to achieve the integration of vocational education and far education credit bank efficacy.
