【摘要】：老年現(xiàn)代教育體系是通過老年大學將老年教育理論和構(gòu)想化為現(xiàn)實的新的教育組織形式,文章在對老年現(xiàn)代教育體系的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)建原則闡釋的同時,審視當下構(gòu)建黑龍江老年現(xiàn)代教育體系在管理體制、協(xié)調(diào)機制、教學水平所面臨的問題,提出推進黑龍江老年現(xiàn)代教育體系建設策略,要建立和完善黑龍江老年大學管理體制,構(gòu)建和發(fā)展黑龍江老年教育協(xié)同機制,深化和提升教育教學科學發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:The modern education system for the elderly is a new form of educational organization which transforms the theory and conception of the education for the elderly into reality through the university for the aged. The article explains the connotation of the modern education system for the elderly and the construction of the principles at the same time. This paper examines the problems in the management system, coordination mechanism and teaching level of the modern education system for the elderly in Heilongjiang at present, and puts forward some strategies to promote the construction of the modern education system for the elderly in Heilongjiang, so as to establish and perfect the management system of Heilongjiang University for the aged. To construct and develop the cooperative mechanism of senior education in Heilongjiang, and to deepen and improve the level of scientific development of education and teaching.
