反思性實(shí)踐視角下的我國(guó)成人教育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:成人教育教師專業(yè)化是教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,既有利于保障成人教育的專業(yè)化發(fā)展,又有助于提高人才培養(yǎng)水平。本文立足于反思性實(shí)踐視角,對(duì)我國(guó)成人教育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)行了全面研究。本文共分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分提出了反思性實(shí)踐對(duì)我國(guó)成人教育教師專業(yè)化的價(jià)值追尋;第二部分指出了反思性實(shí)踐視角下制約成人教育教師專業(yè)化的因素;第三部分闡述了反思性實(shí)踐視角下實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)成人教育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的基本策略。希望本文的研究能夠?qū)Τ扇私逃處煂I(yè)化發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The professionalization of teachers in adult education is the requirement of teachers' professional development, which is not only conducive to the professional development of adult education, but also helps to improve the level of talent training. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part puts forward the value of reflective practice to the professionalization of adult education teachers in China; The second part points out the factors restricting the professionalization of adult education teachers from the perspective of reflective practice. The third part expounds the basic strategies to realize the professional development of adult education teachers in China from the perspective of reflective practice and hopes that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the professional development of adult education teachers.
