【摘要】：基于浙江省第一批專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育基地中樣本學校的運作模式、創(chuàng)新形式、適用范圍等進行歸類,為繼續(xù)教育實踐及決策提供信息反饋,建議在挖掘各行業(yè)人才潛在學習意愿、實施各類別人才的教育工程、完善繼續(xù)教育服務(wù)體系、加強繼續(xù)教育理論研究等方面尋求新的發(fā)展等方面進行完善。
[Abstract]:The form of innovation to the mode of operation, the sample school education base in Zhejiang province the first batch of professional and technical personnel based on the applicable scope of classified, provide feedback for continuing education practice and decision suggestions in the mining industry will learn potential talent, the implementation of various categories of education project, improve the service system of continuing education, to strengthen the continuing education the theory research and for the development of new areas such as to improve.
