【摘要】：英格蘭和威爾士特許會(huì)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)(ICAEW)是英國(guó)及歐洲規(guī)模最大的職業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)組織,其會(huì)計(jì)師因?qū)?fù)雜財(cái)務(wù)信息的深刻理解和對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略提出的合理建議而得到廣泛的尊重和信任。ICAEW實(shí)施的高等學(xué)徒制教育是推進(jìn)企業(yè)招募財(cái)務(wù)及會(huì)計(jì)人才的一種新方式,經(jīng)過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),合理化的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、全方位的服務(wù)模式、多元化的招生體系和一體化的課程設(shè)計(jì)等特點(diǎn)是促進(jìn)其高等學(xué)徒制教育成功實(shí)施的重要因素。
[Abstract]:England and Welsh's ICAEW are the largest professional accounting organizations in the UK and Europe. Their accountants are widely respected and trusted because of their deep understanding of complex financial information and reasonable suggestions for business strategy. Higher education apprenticeship ICAEW implementation is a new way to promote the enterprise financial and accounting personnel recruitment, after a study found that the characteristics of reasonable structure, diversified service mode, the full range of the enrollment system and the integration of curriculum design is an important factor to promote the higher education for the successful implementation of the apprentice.
