【摘要】：建構(gòu)科學(xué)、合理的中小學(xué)公民素養(yǎng)課程對于培養(yǎng)未來的合格公民具有重要意義。在建構(gòu)中小學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育課程內(nèi)容體系的過程中,必須注重從我國公民素養(yǎng)教育的歷史發(fā)展、當前現(xiàn)狀以及國外經(jīng)驗中汲取養(yǎng)分和經(jīng)驗,遵循形式結(jié)構(gòu)的多維性原則和價值內(nèi)涵的動態(tài)平衡原則。中小學(xué)公民素養(yǎng)課程內(nèi)容的框架體系應(yīng)是一個包含公民知識教育、公民能力教育、公民情感教育和公民行為教育四個部分的有機整體。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to construct a scientific and reasonable curriculum of citizen literacy in primary and secondary schools for the cultivation of qualified citizens in the future. In the process of constructing the curriculum content system of civic literacy education for primary and middle school students, we must pay attention to draw nutrients and experiences from the historical development, current situation and foreign experience of civic literacy education in our country, and follow the principle of multi-dimension of formal structure and the principle of dynamic balance of value connotation. The framework system of civic literacy curriculum in primary and secondary schools should be an organic whole which includes four parts: civic knowledge education, civic ability education, civic emotion education and civic behavior education.
