西安市購物場所應(yīng)急標(biāo)識有效性研究

【摘要】：西安市作為人口密集和人口流動性較大的城市,應(yīng)急標(biāo)識已經(jīng)成為了一種重要的疏散引導(dǎo)方式,特別是一些購物商場的應(yīng)急標(biāo)識顯得尤為重要。本研究以西安市購物商場為場景,以應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的有效性為目標(biāo),針對西安市購物場所應(yīng)急標(biāo)識現(xiàn)實應(yīng)用中存在的問題,提出行之有效的對策與建議,以期推動西安市購物商場的安全與應(yīng)急標(biāo)識建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。首先,分析應(yīng)急標(biāo)識及西安市應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的應(yīng)用概況。以西安市的發(fā)展概況為出發(fā)點,探討西安市購物場所發(fā)展布局和應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出西安市購物場所應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、設(shè)置及作用,找出西安市應(yīng)急標(biāo)識在購物場所無法有效應(yīng)用的種種缺陷和短板,探討影響購物場所應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的有效應(yīng)用的因素。其次,以人口較密集的購物場所為場景,辨識出了影響西安市應(yīng)急標(biāo)識有效性的影響因素,并構(gòu)建出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險指標(biāo)體系。在對應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的作用距離、疏導(dǎo)方向、顏色、位置等研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合西安市購物場所應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的特點,采用文獻(xiàn)綜述、現(xiàn)場調(diào)研等方法對西安市應(yīng)急標(biāo)識有效性影響因素進(jìn)行了初步識別。再利用問卷調(diào)查對歸納、總結(jié)的影響因素作探討,借助軟件SPSS20.0的KMO與巴特萊特球形檢驗法對問卷數(shù)據(jù)作分析,最終確定出包括易識別性、可理解度、適用度、易遵守性和可避免性5類基本影響因素,據(jù)此構(gòu)建出了西安市應(yīng)急標(biāo)識有效性的指標(biāo)體系,并利用G1序關(guān)系法確定了指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,得出:應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的顏色與亮度、設(shè)置位置和圖形標(biāo)識是影響較大的3大因素。再次,基于構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系,利用Tubii 16XL眼動儀得到人體對3大影響因素(指標(biāo))感知程度的數(shù)據(jù),提出了以眼動數(shù)據(jù)為樣本的人機(jī)信息融合評估技術(shù)。該技術(shù)以眼動數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用模糊評價法評估相關(guān)信息,得到西安市購物場所中的應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的有效性。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)場景與場所變化時,僅有8-12%的人群有尋找應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的應(yīng)急意識;從注視點時間、總時間以及注視個數(shù)3項指標(biāo)反映出存在應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的顯著程度不足;西安市購物場所場景中應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的有效性為51.361%,其顯著性較差。最后,依據(jù)上述研究結(jié)果,提出行之有效的西安市購物場所應(yīng)急標(biāo)識應(yīng)用對策。具體包括:細(xì)化標(biāo)識類別并建立應(yīng)急標(biāo)識設(shè)計的統(tǒng)一規(guī)范;提高應(yīng)急標(biāo)識系統(tǒng)的完整程度,增加應(yīng)急標(biāo)識的種類;加深人群的應(yīng)急的印象,提高人群對應(yīng)急突發(fā)事件的反應(yīng)能力;爭取政府政策支持,營造良好投資環(huán)境,促進(jìn)安全與應(yīng)急文化的發(fā)展等。
[Abstract]:Xi'an, as a city with dense population and large population mobility, emergency marking has become an important way of evacuation guidance, especially the emergency marking of some shopping malls is particularly important. This study takes Xi'an shopping mall as the scene, takes the effectiveness of emergency marking as the goal, and puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the practical application of emergency marking of Xi'an shopping places. In order to promote the construction of security and emergency signs of Xi'an shopping malls. First of all, the application of emergency identification and Xi'an emergency identification is analyzed. Based on the general situation of Xi'an 's development, this paper probes into the present situation of the development layout and emergency marking of Xi'an shopping places, and sums up the application status, setting and function of the emergency signs of Xi'an shopping places. This paper finds out all kinds of defects and shortcomings that Xi'an emergency marking can not be effectively used in shopping places, and probes into the factors that affect the effective application of emergency marking in shopping places. Secondly, taking the crowded shopping places as the scene, the influencing factors affecting the effectiveness of Xi'an emergency logo are identified, and the corresponding risk index system is constructed. On the basis of the research on the action distance, dredging direction, color and position of emergency marking, combined with the characteristics of emergency marking of shopping places in Xi'an, this paper adopts literature review. The influencing factors of the effectiveness of Xi'an emergency identification are preliminarily identified by field investigation and other methods. Then the influencing factors of induction and summary are discussed by means of questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire data are analyzed with the help of KMO and Bartlett spherical test of software SPSS20.0, and finally the questionnaire data are determined, including identifiability, comprehensibility and applicability. Based on the five basic influencing factors of easy compliance and preventability, the index system of the effectiveness of Xi'an emergency logo is constructed, and the weight of the index is determined by using the G _ 1 sequence relation method, and the results are as follows: the color and brightness of the emergency logo, Setting position and graphic identification are the three factors that have a great influence on it. Thirdly, based on the constructed index system, the data of human perception of three influencing factors (indexes) are obtained by using Tubii 16XL eye movement instrument, and a man-machine information fusion evaluation technology based on eye movement data is proposed. Taking the eye movement data as the sample, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the relevant information, and the effectiveness of the emergency marking in Xi'an shopping places is obtained. The results show that only 8% of the population have the emergency consciousness of looking for emergency signs when the scene and place change, and the three indexes of gaze time, total time and number of gaze reflect the insufficient degree of emergency sign. The effectiveness of emergency marking in Xi'an shopping scene is 51.361%, and its significance is poor. Finally, according to the above research results, this paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the application of emergency marking of shopping places in Xi'an. The concrete includes: refine the identification category and establish the unified specification of the emergency identification design, improve the integrity of the emergency identification system, increase the types of emergency identification; Deepen the impression of emergency, improve the ability of people to respond to emergency emergencies, strive for government policy support, create a good investment environment, promote the development of safety and emergency culture, and so on.
