【摘要】：深圳是一座年輕的城市,從改革開放以來一直走在時代的前端,其獨立及半獨立式住宅的設計很有特點而且更新?lián)Q代很快,對于我國其他地區(qū)起到了一定的標桿作用。因此研究深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅的設計特點,不僅可以為今后深圳的住宅設計提供參考,同時也對我國獨立及半獨立式住宅的發(fā)展研究有一定的貢獻。深圳由于其特殊的區(qū)域位置、氣候特點、文化氛圍和人口分布,由最初的參照國外、香港逐漸發(fā)展成為具有本身特點的獨立及半獨立式住宅。論文將以時間為軸線,以每十年為分界點,將深圳從改革開放到現(xiàn)在共分為四個不同的歷史發(fā)展階段,即:1979-1989初期探索階段、1990-1999發(fā)展提高階段、2000-2009年多元化趨勢階段、2010至今兩極分化階段。對深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅進行實地調(diào)研、文獻資料搜集和歸納、數(shù)據(jù)分析和對比,每個階段自成一章,對深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅的住區(qū)規(guī)劃、戶型特點和造型特點,結(jié)合相關(guān)的工程實例,進行詳細的整理和總結(jié)。這為全面了解深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅設計和規(guī)劃的發(fā)展歷史提供客觀的參考資料。每個章節(jié)的最后以北京、上海的代表項目為例,與深圳的代表項目進行對比分析,總結(jié)了深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅在規(guī)劃、戶型等方面的不同。論文的最后就深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅的設計對全國的影響進行了簡要的描述,并總結(jié)了深圳獨立及半獨立式住宅的發(fā)展特點。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen is a young city, which has been at the front of the times since the reform and opening up. The design of its independent and semi-independent housing is very characteristic and rapidly updated, which has played a certain role as a benchmark for other parts of our country. Therefore, the study of the design characteristics of independent and semi-independent housing in Shenzhen can not only provide a reference for the future housing design in Shenzhen, but also contribute to the development of independent and semi-independent housing in China. Because of its special regional position, climate characteristics, cultural atmosphere and population distribution, Shenzhen has gradually developed into an independent and semi-independent housing with its own characteristics from the original reference to foreign countries. Taking time as the axis and every ten years as the dividing point, the paper will divide Shenzhen into four different historical development stages from reform and opening up to the present, namely, the initial exploration stage in 1979, the development and improvement stage in 1990 / 1999, and the development and improvement stage in 1999. the paper will divide Shenzhen into four different historical development stages from reform and opening up to the present. 2000 / 2009 diversification trend stage, 2010-present polarization stage. Combined with the relevant engineering examples, carry on the detailed arrangement and the summary. This provides an objective reference for a comprehensive understanding of the development history of independent and semi-independent residential design and planning in Shenzhen. At the end of each chapter, taking the representative projects of Beijing and Shanghai as examples, this paper makes a comparative analysis with the representative projects of Shenzhen, and summarizes the differences in planning and household type of independent and semi-independent houses in Shenzhen. At the end of the paper, the influence of the design of independent and semi-independent housing in Shenzhen on the whole country is briefly described, and the development characteristics of independent and semi-independent housing in Shenzhen are summarized.
