圓中空夾層鋼管混凝土柱半剛性節(jié)點的抗震試驗與理論分析研究
[Abstract]:Compared with the concrete-filled circular steel tubular joints, the experimental and theoretical studies on the circular hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tubular column joints are rare. In order to improve the seismic performance of rigid welded joints, after the Kobe earthquake in 1994 and 1995, the seismic behavior of rigid welded joints is poor. It is difficult to guarantee the welding quality in the field, so some scholars put forward the single side bolt end-plate connection joint. The node has the advantages of field assembly construction, strong seismic ductility and so on. In this paper, the seismic behavior and failure mechanism of semi-rigid joints of circular hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tubular columns are studied by means of experimental verification and finite element numerical analysis. The research work is summarized as follows: (1) the theoretical study of semi-rigid joints of concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns is carried out by using the finite element program ABAQUS. The reliability and accuracy of the theoretical analysis model are verified by experiments. Under the influence of 12 parameters, the variation law and static performance of the moment-angle curve of this kind of joints are analyzed. In this paper, the extremely complicated contact problem of arc surface in finite element modeling is solved. It lays a foundation for the theoretical research in chapter 4. (2) the seismic behavior tests of four circular hollow sandwich steel tube concrete filled steel tube (CFST) semi-rigid end-plate connections are carried out. The main parameters of the study are the end-plate form (horizontal and extension) and the hollow ratio of column section (蠂 = 0.61 ~ 0.73). The failure patterns, load-displacement curves, moment-rotation hysteretic curves, stiffness and strength degradation of such joints are analyzed. (3) based on the research of semi-rigid joints of concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns, the theoretical study of semi-rigid joints of concrete-filled circular tubular columns is carried out by using the finite element program ABAQUS. The nonlinear full-process analysis of typical specimens is carried out, and the common failure forms of joints are described in detail, such as end-plate failure, bolt failure, column failure, etc. (4) the yield strength (fy,b) of steel beams is analyzed by using the finite element program ABAQUS,. Under the influence of 13 parameters, such as yield strength (fy,c) and concrete strength (fcu), on the mechanical properties of semi-rigid joints of circular hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tubular columns, (5) according to the experimental and finite element calculation results, Some reasonable construction measures are put forward for the semi-rigid joints of circular hollow sandwich CFST columns, such as welding steel partition in the core zone of the joints, welding C-shaped steel plates outside the steel tubes in the core areas of the joints, stiffening ribs at the outstretched end plates, etc. Beam flange horizontal plus axil and beam flange arc weakening etc. These measures can improve the stiffness and flexural capacity of joints in varying degrees. With the development of building industrialization, it is expected that this kind of joints will be extended to practical projects.
