【摘要】：正1977年初夏,我和內(nèi)人從紐約來到中國臺灣省參與鹿港古跡調查工作并在東海大學建筑系教書。兩年間精力充沛、理念完整地完成了許多不在預期的作業(yè),然而最終我還是不無遺憾地離開了這個我難以適應的專業(yè)環(huán)境以及一些不太認同的工作伙伴。如果有人問我這段日子是否尚有所謂影響深遠的因緣和值得此生經(jīng)常懷念的記憶,王大閎先生款待的一場盛宴無疑是最令我難忘的經(jīng)歷。去中國臺灣省之前,我從紐約庫柏聯(lián)盟大學建筑系畢業(yè),并曾在
[Abstract]:In the early summer of 1977, my wife and I came from New York to Taiwan Province of China to participate in the Lugang Monuments Survey and teach in the Department of Architecture of Donghai University. Two years of energetic, ideologically complete completion of a lot of unexpected assignments, but eventually I still regret to leave this difficult professional environment and some of the work partners I do not agree with. If anyone asks me if there are any so-called profound causes and memories that deserve to be remembered often in my life, a feast hosted by Mr. Wang Da-Hong is undoubtedly the most memorable experience I have ever had. Before going to Taiwan Province of China, I graduated from Cooper Union University in New York and graduated from the Department of Architecture at Cooper Union University in New York.
