冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架組合樓蓋抗彎性能研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化的不斷發(fā)展,低層冷彎薄壁型鋼住宅體系應(yīng)用日益廣泛,各種新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,帶動(dòng)了組合樓蓋體系的研究和改進(jìn)。本文研究的依托實(shí)際工程的冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架組合樓蓋,目前相關(guān)研究較少,需要通過(guò)試驗(yàn)和有限元分析方法了解其抗彎性能,本文主要開展以下研究工作:(1)進(jìn)行了3個(gè)冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架-壓型鋼板混凝土組合樓蓋試件和1個(gè)冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架-ALC板組合樓蓋試件的抗彎性能試驗(yàn),詳細(xì)考察了這4個(gè)組合樓蓋的承載能力和破壞形式,研究了荷載-撓度關(guān)系曲線和荷載-應(yīng)變關(guān)系曲線,研究參數(shù)為有無(wú)抗剪連接件、節(jié)點(diǎn)連接強(qiáng)度、樓面板形式。(2)采用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架-壓型鋼板混凝土組合樓蓋的計(jì)算模型,進(jìn)行有限元模擬分析,將分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相比較,驗(yàn)證了有限元分析模型的正確性和準(zhǔn)確性。(3)建立有限元分析模型,對(duì)組合樓蓋下部鋼桁架梁的跨高比、高厚比、鋼材屈服強(qiáng)度、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)等因素進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析,確定影響冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架組合樓蓋承載能力的主要因素。(4)參考現(xiàn)有研究理論,在試驗(yàn)和有限元分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出冷彎薄壁C型鋼桁架組合樓蓋撓度修正公式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of building industrialization in our country, the application of low-rise cold-formed thin-walled steel residential system is more and more extensive, and various new structural systems emerge as the times require, which leads to the research and improvement of composite floor system. In this paper, the cold-formed thin-walled steel truss composite floor based on practical engineering is studied, but there are few related researches at present, so it is necessary to understand its flexural performance by means of test and finite element analysis. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) three cold-formed thin-walled steel truss-profiled steel and concrete composite floor specimens and one cold-formed thin-walled steel truss-ALC plate composite floor specimens have been tested. The load-bearing capacity and failure form of the four composite floors are investigated in detail. The load-deflection relation curve and load-strain relationship curve are studied. (2) the calculation model of cold-formed thin-walled steel truss-concrete composite floor is established by using finite element software ABAQUS, and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The correctness and accuracy of the finite element analysis model are verified. (3) the finite element analysis model is established to analyze the ratio of span to height, the ratio of height to thickness, the yield strength of steel, the grade of concrete strength and so on. The main factors affecting the bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled steel truss composite floor are determined. (4) based on the experimental and finite element analysis, the deflection correction formula of cold-formed thin-walled steel truss composite floor is put forward.
