【摘要】：在我國快速城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,探明土地城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)建成區(qū)綠地率的影響關(guān)系,可為科學(xué)推進(jìn)城市綠地建設(shè)提供理論指導(dǎo)。首先,通過理論分析土地城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)建成區(qū)綠地率的影響;其次,根據(jù)時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建VAR模型,運(yùn)用脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)和方差分解,探究土地城鎮(zhèn)化要素對(duì)建成區(qū)綠地率影響的長期動(dòng)態(tài)變化;最后,根據(jù)面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行固定效應(yīng)模型回歸和逐年回歸,測算研究周期內(nèi)土地城鎮(zhèn)化要素對(duì)建成區(qū)綠地率的影響強(qiáng)度及其逐年變化情況。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization in China, the study of the influence of land urbanization on the green space rate of the constructed areas can provide theoretical guidance for the scientific promotion of urban green space construction. First of all, through the theoretical analysis of the impact of land urbanization on the green space rate; Secondly, according to the time series data, the VAR model is constructed, and the long-term dynamic change of the influence of the factors of land urbanization on the green space rate of the constructed area is explored by using the impulse response function and variance decomposition. Finally, according to panel data, fixed effect model regression and annual regression are carried out to calculate the influence intensity of the factors of land urbanization on the green space rate and its annual changes in the research cycle.
