逆作法中地下連續(xù)墻與鋼管柱關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:城市建設(shè)不斷發(fā)展,城市的交通問題已經(jīng)成為我國社會的難點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問題,城市交通已經(jīng)不完全是一個市政工程問題,更重要的是一個多方面的綜合性的社會問題。在未來的幾年中,城市軌道交通等新型交通工具將隨著社會的不斷進(jìn)步而飛速發(fā)展,目前,我國的城市軌道交通尚處于初步發(fā)展的階段。在建設(shè)過程中如何統(tǒng)籌兼顧,優(yōu)化格局,資源分配合理,凈化環(huán)境,因地制宜,是每個建設(shè)者應(yīng)亟待解決的問題。此時,普通的施工方法已經(jīng)難以滿足現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)建設(shè)的需要,因此,逆作法由于其適用性廣、安全性高、縮短工期、節(jié)約工程造價等經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)優(yōu)點(diǎn)成為了城市建設(shè)當(dāng)中普遍推廣使用的新工法之一。本文就逆作法的產(chǎn)生、分類、應(yīng)用原理及方法作了詳細(xì)的概述,同時依托長沙地鐵5號線萬家麗廣場站工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)施工實(shí)例,分析探討了在復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)條件、低凈空以及在城市的市區(qū)主干道的環(huán)境下如何進(jìn)行地連墻逆作施工;結(jié)合長沙地鐵5號線萬家麗廣場站鋼管柱施工工藝,改進(jìn)了原有施工方案,取消原設(shè)計中鋼護(hù)筒,不用人工在抗拔樁上進(jìn)行安裝定位器以及鑿除杯口;之后通過分析逆作法中土體開挖后發(fā)生的變形以及對周圍建(構(gòu))筑物的影響,采用實(shí)時監(jiān)測,并通過監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,此地連墻的施工方法以及改進(jìn)鋼管柱的施工工藝符合安全要求,為今后類似工程的施工方案的設(shè)計及優(yōu)化提供了很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction, urban traffic has become a difficult and hot issue in our society. Urban traffic is not a municipal engineering problem, but more important is a comprehensive social problem in many aspects. In the next few years, urban rail transit and other new vehicles will develop rapidly with the continuous progress of the society. At present, the urban rail transit in China is still in the initial stage of development. In the process of construction, how to make overall planning, optimize the pattern, allocate resources reasonably, purify the environment and take measures according to local conditions are the problems that should be solved urgently for every constructor. At this point, the common construction method has been difficult to meet the needs of modern production and construction. Therefore, because of its wide applicability, high safety and short construction period, Economical and technical advantages such as saving engineering cost have become one of the new methods widely used in urban construction. This paper gives a detailed overview of the generation, classification, application principle and method of the reverse method. At the same time, based on the construction example of Wanjiali Square Station Project of Changsha Metro Line 5, the complicated geological conditions are analyzed and discussed. Low clearance and how to carry out the reverse construction of the ground connection wall in the urban main road environment; Combined with the construction technology of steel pipe column in Wanjiali Square Station of Changsha Metro Line 5, the original construction scheme was improved, the steel tube was cancelled in the original design, the positioner was not installed on the anti-drawing pile and the cup was chiseled. After analyzing the deformation of soil after excavation and the influence on the surrounding building, the real-time monitoring is adopted, and the monitoring results show that, The construction method of the connecting wall and the improvement of the construction technology of the steel pipe column meet the safety requirements, which provides a good reference for the design and optimization of the construction scheme of similar projects in the future.
