【摘要】：我國是洪澇多發(fā)地區(qū),很多城市都飽受洪澇災害之苦。本文從城市的防洪標準、防洪區(qū)域、防洪質(zhì)量以及防洪排水等角度分析了我國城市防洪過程中存在的問題。利用防洪工程措施和防洪非工程措施兩種方法解決我國防洪現(xiàn)存的問題,并且在此基礎上分析了防洪措施對環(huán)境的影響,并提出一些環(huán)境保護措施,為我國城市防洪規(guī)劃提供參考。
[Abstract]:Our country is flood-prone area, many cities suffer from flood disaster. In this paper, the problems existing in the process of urban flood control in China are analyzed from the aspects of urban flood control standards, flood control areas, flood control quality and flood control drainage. The existing problems of flood control in China are solved by means of flood control engineering measures and non-engineering flood control measures. On this basis, the impact of flood control measures on the environment is analyzed, and some environmental protection measures are put forward. It provides reference for urban flood control planning in China.
