基于風(fēng)環(huán)境模擬的徐州礦區(qū)居住區(qū)室外空間優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:徐州地區(qū)礦區(qū)居住區(qū)大多建造于上世紀(jì)六七十年代,住區(qū)老舊且地處郊區(qū),加之長(zhǎng)期采煤造成周邊水土流失嚴(yán)重,居住區(qū)在春冬兩季揚(yáng)塵天氣頻發(fā),對(duì)居民的日常外出活動(dòng)造成不利影響。本文通過對(duì)徐州現(xiàn)有礦區(qū)居住區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,了解居住區(qū)現(xiàn)狀及住區(qū)室外空間存在的問題,利用CFD計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬的方法,探究規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)層面的礦區(qū)居住區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。首先,對(duì)徐州市礦區(qū)居住區(qū)的建筑特點(diǎn)、布局特征以及周圍環(huán)境進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,了解礦區(qū)居民的年齡構(gòu)成和日常生活習(xí)慣,對(duì)礦區(qū)居住區(qū)現(xiàn)階段的狀況及其存在的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)。根據(jù)徐州市的氣象數(shù)據(jù)資料,歸納總結(jié)了徐州地區(qū)的氣候和風(fēng)環(huán)境特征,結(jié)合前期調(diào)研確定三種對(duì)徐州礦區(qū)居住區(qū)較為不利的風(fēng)環(huán)境狀況。在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑風(fēng)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,確定徐州礦區(qū)居住區(qū)的風(fēng)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。之后,對(duì)徐州現(xiàn)有的礦區(qū)居住區(qū)平面布局形式進(jìn)行了歸納分類,將現(xiàn)有布局方式簡(jiǎn)化為行列式布局、錯(cuò)列式布局、圍合式布局三類,建立三維模型,對(duì)模型的布局、高度、間距、布局角度、體形進(jìn)行調(diào)整,運(yùn)用Phoenics軟件計(jì)算室外風(fēng)環(huán)境,分析各規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)變量對(duì)居住區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境的影響,初步總結(jié)礦區(qū)居住區(qū)的室外風(fēng)環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。最后,從現(xiàn)存礦區(qū)居住區(qū)中選取典型案例——臥牛礦居住區(qū),通過虛擬改造的方式,設(shè)置三種不同的周邊環(huán)境,驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化策略的可行性及適用條件,并初步探討優(yōu)化策略是否具有疊加特性,可以共同改善礦區(qū)居住區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境品質(zhì)。最終,將已提出的室外風(fēng)環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略加以補(bǔ)充和完善。本文利用計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬高效、直觀、準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn),將其作為研究工具對(duì)徐州礦區(qū)居住區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究。以三種典型布局的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型,對(duì)建筑布局等規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)要素對(duì)住區(qū)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行研究,最終提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。希望能夠?yàn)樾熘莸V區(qū)居住區(qū)的更新改造提供一定的理論依據(jù),為居民營(yíng)造舒適的社區(qū)微環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Most of the residential areas in Xuzhou mining area were built in the 1960s and 1970s. The settlements are old and located in the suburbs. In addition, because of the serious soil and water loss caused by long-term coal mining, the residential areas frequently experience dust-raising weather in the spring and winter. It has an adverse effect on the daily activities of residents going out. Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing mining district in Xuzhou, the present situation of the residential area and the problems existing in the outdoor space of the residential area are understood, and the method of CFD computer numerical simulation is used in this paper. This paper explores the optimal design strategy of outdoor wind environment in mining district at the level of planning and design. First of all, the architectural characteristics, layout characteristics and surrounding environment of the residential areas in Xuzhou City are investigated, the age composition and daily living habits of the residents in the mining areas are understood, and the present situation and existing problems of the residential areas in the mining areas are summarized. According to the meteorological data of Xuzhou City, the characteristics of climate and wind environment in Xuzhou area are summarized, and three kinds of wind environmental conditions which are unfavorable to the residential area of Xuzhou mining area are determined in combination with the previous investigation. On the basis of referring to the methods of building wind environment evaluation at home and abroad, the evaluation standard of wind environment in Xuzhou mining area is determined. After that, the paper summarizes and classifies the existing layout form of mining district in Xuzhou, and simplifies the existing layout mode into three types: determinant layout, staggered layout and enclosed layout. The three-dimensional model is established, and the layout of the model, the height of the model, is established. The space, layout angle and body shape are adjusted, the outdoor wind environment is calculated by using Phoenics software, the influence of various planning and design variables on outdoor wind environment of residential area is analyzed, and the optimization design strategy of outdoor wind environment in mining area is summarized. Finally, select the typical case from the existing residential area of mining area-Wunniu mine residential area, through virtual transformation, set up three different surrounding environment, verify the feasibility of the optimization strategy and applicable conditions. It also discusses whether the optimization strategy has the superposition property, which can improve the outdoor wind environment quality of the mining area. Finally, the proposed optimal design strategy of outdoor wind environment is added and perfected. This paper studies the outdoor wind environment of Xuzhou mining area by using computer numerical simulation, which is efficient, intuitive and accurate. Based on the simplified calculation model of three typical layouts, the effects of planning and design elements such as architectural layout on the outdoor wind environment of residential areas are studied, and the optimal design strategy is put forward. It is hoped that it can provide certain theoretical basis for the renewal and transformation of Xuzhou mining area residential area and create comfortable community microenvironment for residents.
