粘滯阻尼器模型修正及關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的仿真研究

【摘要】:結(jié)合某型粘滯阻尼器,通過流體動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件Fluent對(duì)粘滯阻尼器模型進(jìn)行了仿真分析?紤]使用中阻尼器硅油黏度隨溫度變化及活塞自重引起的應(yīng)力變形等實(shí)際情況,對(duì)模型和仿真進(jìn)行了調(diào)整和修正,最終達(dá)到了仿真和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果誤差在5%以內(nèi)的較高精度要求。研究了活塞長(zhǎng)度和間隙等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)間隙式粘滯阻尼器性能的影響,尤其是對(duì)速度指數(shù)和阻尼系數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The model of viscous damper is simulated by the fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent. Considering the fact that the viscosity of silicone oil in medium dampers varies with temperature and the stress and deformation caused by piston weight, the model and simulation are adjusted and corrected, and the accuracy of simulation and test results is higher than 5%. The influence of the key parameters such as piston length and clearance on the performance of the clearance viscous damper, especially on the velocity exponent and damping coefficient, is studied.
