【摘要】：我國歷史古城正普遍飽受舊城盲目改造、交通擁堵及環(huán)境惡化等諸多問題,建立低碳綠色多模式交通系統(tǒng)將是解決古城交通問題并引導(dǎo)古城可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效舉措。本文在全面分析我國歷史古城交通問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了古城交通發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并重點(diǎn)從4個(gè)方面提出了構(gòu)建低碳綠色多模式交通系統(tǒng)的核心舉措:(1)優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通;(2)建立系統(tǒng)、舒適的步行與自行車道系統(tǒng);(3)控制古城小汽車保有量,調(diào)控小汽車通行;(4)積極發(fā)展旅游特色交通方式。
[Abstract]:The historic city of our country is suffering many problems such as blind transformation of the old city, traffic jam and environment deterioration and so on. It will be an effective measure to solve the traffic problem and guide the sustainable development of the ancient city by establishing a low carbon green and multi-mode traffic system. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the traffic problems in the ancient cities of China, this paper puts forward the traffic development strategy of the ancient cities. And put forward the core measures of constructing low-carbon green multi-mode transportation system from four aspects: (1) giving priority to the development of public transportation; (2) establishing a system for comfortable walking and cycling lanes; (3) controlling the number of cars in ancient city. (4) actively develop the characteristic transportation mode of tourism.
