【摘要】：我國軌道交通的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的城市開始進行軌道交通建設(shè),圍繞著軌道站點進行TOD開發(fā)已基本成為共識。城市的管理者和規(guī)劃者也越來越認識到軌道交通對城市中心以及城市中心地下空間的改善和促進作用。但是快速的發(fā)展建設(shè)和不夠具體明確的規(guī)劃指導(dǎo),也導(dǎo)致很多問題的存在。如何做好城市中心型軌道交通站點地區(qū)地下空間的規(guī)劃,適應(yīng)未來城市集約化、立體化發(fā)展趨勢,帶動城市持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展,是時代賦予我們的緊迫課題。本課題基于對所研究領(lǐng)域的背景及國內(nèi)外研究概況進行分析,首先明確闡述了城市中心型軌道交通站點的概念,并探討城市中心、城市地下空間、軌道交通的關(guān)系與意義,以軌道交通對城市中心的作用機制為切入點,通過對與城市中心型軌道交通站點地區(qū)地下空間有益的理論成果加以梳理與提煉,構(gòu)建理論基礎(chǔ),再次通過對國內(nèi)外案例分析與調(diào)研,研究問題總結(jié)規(guī)律。進而根據(jù)理論研究與案例研究總結(jié)出適宜于城市中心型軌道交通站點地區(qū)地下空間的規(guī)劃策略。通過課題的研究,有利于積極應(yīng)對軌道交通作用下城市中心的進一步發(fā)展,進而為完善城市中心型軌道交通站點地區(qū)地下空間體系的理論和規(guī)劃策略提供一些借鑒,希望本課題的研究成果能對今后相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的建設(shè)與發(fā)展起到一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rail transit in China, more and more cities begin to build rail transit. It has become a consensus to develop TOD around rail stations. Urban managers and planners are also increasingly aware of the role of rail transit in improving and promoting urban centers and underground spaces in urban centers. But rapid development and lack of specific planning guidance also lead to a lot of problems. How to make a good plan of underground space in the urban central rail transit station area, adapt to the future city intensive, three-dimensional development trend, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the city, is an urgent task given to us by the times. Based on the analysis of the background of the research field and the research situation at home and abroad, the concept of urban central rail transit station is expounded, and the relationship and significance of urban center, urban underground space and rail transit are discussed. Taking the function mechanism of rail transit on urban center as the breakthrough point, through combing and refining the beneficial theoretical achievements of underground space in the area of urban central rail transit station, the paper constructs the theoretical foundation. Thirdly, through the domestic and foreign case analysis and investigation, the research question summary rule. Then, according to the theoretical research and case study, the planning strategy of underground space suitable for urban central rail transit station area is summarized. Through the research of the subject, it is helpful to actively deal with the further development of urban center under the action of rail transit, and then provide some reference for improving the theory and planning strategy of underground space system of urban central rail transit station area. It is hoped that the research results will play a positive role in the construction and development of related fields in the future.
