【摘要】：正概念1)開(kāi)放辦公:2號(hào)樓提供大量開(kāi)放、自由,靈活的辦公空間。同時(shí),一些相對(duì)獨(dú)立的私密空間散布在開(kāi)放辦公區(qū)內(nèi),用于個(gè)人或小型團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)面、討論。2)交流:設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)在于創(chuàng)造更多的交流空間,從而提高辦公人員的工作效率,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)生新的創(chuàng)意。休閑區(qū)包括一層露天庭院、貫通1~6層的中庭、垂直綠化墻面和景觀(guān)樓梯、位于6樓的陽(yáng)光休閑區(qū),以及每一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層都有的咖啡區(qū)、外廊和陽(yáng)臺(tái)。
