【摘要】：為研究600 MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋高溫下的力學(xué)性能,對(duì)HTRB600級(jí)熱處理高強(qiáng)鋼筋進(jìn)行高溫下的拉伸試驗(yàn),分別測(cè)得其在20,200,300,400,500,600,700及800℃高溫下的彈性模量、比例極限、屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度及應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:HTRB600級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋高溫下屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度、比例極限與彈性模量均隨著溫度的升高而顯著降低.500℃時(shí)其高溫下的彈性模量、比例極限、屈服強(qiáng)度與極限強(qiáng)度降低為不足常溫下的50%,800℃時(shí)已不足常溫下的10%.高溫下HTRB600級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線隨溫度的升高逐漸趨于圓滑,當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到200℃時(shí),屈服臺(tái)階就已消失.600 MPa級(jí)鋼筋高溫下屈服強(qiáng)度和極限強(qiáng)度的降低程度明顯大于其他鋼筋500 MPa以下強(qiáng)度的鋼筋.最后提出了適用于HTRB600級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋的高溫下應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型.
