含速度相關(guān)型阻尼器的結(jié)構(gòu)混合仿真研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, a hybrid simulation method for dynamic response of structures with strong nonlinear dampers with velocity correlation is studied. In this method, the linear substructure part is numerically simulated, and the nonlinear damper part is placed on the testing machine for physical test. The calculation and test parameters required for each sub-step are transmitted between the controller and the numerical calculation software via computer communication technology. This simulation method can be effectively applied to the dynamic analysis of large and complex structures with strong nonlinear elements. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: (1) A set of numerical communication software is developed for PCS8000 controller and numerical calculation software. This software transmits the force value of the testing machine feedback to the numerical analysis software in real time as the initial condition of the next iteration calculation. At the same time, the displacement and velocity response of the damper calculated by each step is fed back to PCS8000 controller as a testing machine to load to the specified displacement with the specified velocity value. (2) the integral algorithm program of numerical substructure is written based on MATLAB software. Using LFV-10 dynamic multifunctional testing equipment as loading equipment, a hybrid test system combining displacement control and velocity control is built. (3) the mechanical properties of a rubber viscoelastic damper and a magnetorheological damper are studied. The basic mechanical performance parameters are obtained, and its damping force and velocity-dependent properties are proved. (4) A four-layer frame model with velocity-dependent viscoelastic dampers is established, and the damper is used as a substructure of mixed test. The mixed test results are compared with those of pure numerical simulation. Aiming at the error of hybrid simulation test, the dampers are tested by continuous loading method and stepwise loading method, and the effect of loading mode on the results of hybrid test is studied. The stability and effectiveness of the hybrid test system developed in this paper are verified. (5) the dynamic response of a structure with a magnetorheological damper under seismic action is studied by hybrid simulation. The dynamic responses of the dampers with different mounting positions are compared and analyzed.
