【摘要】：正位于上海徐匯濱江地區(qū)的西岸文化藝術(shù)示范區(qū)緊鄰西岸藝術(shù)中心主場館,是利用城市土地再開發(fā)的閑置窗口期建設(shè)的一個(gè)為期5年的城市空間臨時(shí)填充項(xiàng)目,致正建筑工作室的新辦公樓就位于這一臨時(shí)藝術(shù)園區(qū)的中心位置。我們的設(shè)計(jì)思考集中體現(xiàn)在,如何在臨時(shí)性的語境下達(dá)成建造與空間品質(zhì)的最大化:首先,如何選擇合適的建造體系,以期在控制造價(jià)和工期的前提下達(dá)成空間使用的最大舒適性與便利性;同時(shí),如何在空間布局上充分回應(yīng)場地的特性和潛力,以營造有啟發(fā)性和自由
[Abstract]:The West Bank Culture and Art demonstration Zone, which is located in the Xuhui River area of Shanghai, is next to the main venue of the West Bank Art Center. It is a temporary filling project of urban space for a period of five years, which is built by using the idle window of urban land redevelopment. The new office building of the studio is located in the center of the temporary art park. Our design thinking is focused on how to maximize the quality of construction and space in a temporary context: first, how to choose the right building system, In order to achieve the maximum comfort and convenience of space use under the premise of controlling cost and time limit, at the same time, how to fully respond to the characteristics and potential of the space layout in order to create inspiration and freedom.
