【摘要】：新中國成立之后,國家圍繞重工業(yè)優(yōu)先發(fā)展這一核心制定了第一個國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的五年計劃,蘇聯(lián)的援建徹底拉開了我國進行大規(guī)模工業(yè)建設(shè)的帷幕。在這樣的背景下,國家建造了大量的工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū),以解決產(chǎn)業(yè)工人住房緊缺的問題。這些工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)伴隨著新中國一同成長,不僅見證了新中國蓬勃發(fā)展的景象,還承載了幾代產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的理想。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,在多重因素的影響下,這些工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)早已褪去了光環(huán)。本文的目的就是希望通過對東北這些工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的詳細研究,多方面展示其所蘊含的價值,為這類歷史建筑的保護工作提供依據(jù)與支持。第一部分,首先介紹了本課題的由來,界定了研究對象的時間范圍和地域范圍,并闡述了相關(guān)既往研究的情況,為后文展開深入研究打下基礎(chǔ)。第二部分,以我國現(xiàn)代工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的發(fā)展作為切入點,具體介紹我國及東北地區(qū)工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的發(fā)展狀況,分析總結(jié)了東北地區(qū)主要工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的概況及現(xiàn)狀,為深入分析東北工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的遺存提供了全面的史實依據(jù)。第三部分,通過歸納與總結(jié),從建筑學的視角詳細剖析了東北工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)空間格局的形成和演變,及其影響因素。第四部分,對比分析了我國工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)同蘇聯(lián)的工人住宅在設(shè)計中和使用中的差異,并以時間為線索,總結(jié)了不同時間節(jié)點對東北工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)建筑形態(tài)的影響因素及改進方法。最后,歸納分析了東北老工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的核心價值,指出現(xiàn)階段在其保護過程中存在的問題,并針對具體問題提出相應的改善建議。望本文最終的研究成果能為東北老工業(yè)區(qū)住區(qū)的保護工作做出些許貢獻,并對今后相關(guān)的實踐起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, the state formulated the first five-year plan for the development of the national economy around the core of the priority development of heavy industry, and the construction of the Soviet Union completely kicked off the curtain of large-scale industrial construction in China. In this context, the country built a large number of industrial settlements to solve the housing shortage of industrial workers. These industrial settlements grew up with the new China, not only witnessed the prosperity of the new China, but also carried the ideals of several generations of industrial workers. With the development of society and economy, these industrial districts have lost their aura under the influence of many factors. The purpose of this paper is to show the value of this kind of historic buildings through the detailed study of these industrial residential areas in Northeast China, and to provide the basis and support for the protection of this kind of historical buildings. The first part first introduces the origin of this subject, defines the time range and regional scope of the research object, and expounds the relevant previous studies, which lays the foundation for further research. In the second part, taking the development of modern industrial district as the starting point, the paper introduces the development situation of industrial district in China and northeast region, and analyzes and summarizes the general situation and present situation of the main industrial district residential area in Northeast China. It provides a comprehensive historical basis for the deep analysis of the relics of the northeast industrial district. The third part, through the induction and summary, from the architectural angle of view, analyzes the formation and evolution of the northeast industrial district residential space pattern, and its influence factors in detail. In the fourth part, the author compares and analyzes the difference between the design and use of workers' residence in the industrial district of our country and the Soviet Union, and sums up the influence factors and improvement methods of the different time nodes on the architectural form of the residential area in the northeast industrial area with the clue of time. Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes the core value of the old industrial district in Northeast China, points out the problems existing in the process of its protection at present, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the concrete problems. Hope that the final research results of this paper can make some contributions to the protection of the old industrial district in Northeast China, and play a certain reference role in the related practice in the future.
