【摘要】：現(xiàn)今時(shí)期恰逢城市化、工業(yè)化飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。超高層建筑逐漸成為了每座城市的“名片”。它的出現(xiàn)緩解了城市人口基數(shù)迅猛增長(zhǎng)與用地緊張之間的沖突。其設(shè)計(jì)中不顧自然生態(tài)環(huán)境,缺乏節(jié)能意識(shí),忽視當(dāng)?shù)匚拿}等問(wèn)題,造成交通擁堵、熱島效應(yīng)、人口過(guò)度密集等一系列生態(tài)、社會(huì)問(wèn)題接踵而至。超高層建筑這一新型建筑形式是現(xiàn)代科技與社會(huì)發(fā)展的結(jié)晶。超高層建筑在我國(guó)歷史相對(duì)較短,直到上世紀(jì)90年代就開(kāi)始快速發(fā)展。其建筑立面設(shè)計(jì),全面落實(shí)高層建筑人性化、高科技含量性和歷史感。超高層建筑立面設(shè)計(jì)很大程度上取決于自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化、及相關(guān)施工技術(shù)等因素。將這些影響因素融入到其設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中,你會(huì)得到其中的規(guī)律和方法,從而用來(lái)優(yōu)化和改良城市的空間環(huán)境。文章嘗試對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外超高層建筑及外立面的歷史沿革及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行整理,通過(guò)剖析影響其設(shè)計(jì)的諸多因素,總結(jié)出其設(shè)計(jì)的基本準(zhǔn)則和生態(tài)化的發(fā)展方向。希望從中得到啟發(fā),并將研究成果作為設(shè)計(jì)思路和手法的完善,彌補(bǔ)理論上的不足,為超高層建筑外立面設(shè)計(jì)提供支持。
[Abstract]:The present period coincides with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization. Super-high-rise buildings have gradually become the "business cards" of every city. Its emergence alleviates the conflict between the rapid growth of the urban population base and land tension. In its design, a series of ecological problems, such as traffic congestion, heat island effect, overpopulation and so on, are caused by the lack of awareness of energy saving and the neglect of the local context, and so on, and the social problems come one after another. The super-high-rise building is the crystallization of modern science and technology and social development. The history of super-high-rise buildings in our country is relatively short, until the 90's of last century began to develop rapidly. Its architectural facade design, full implementation of high-rise building humanization, high-tech content and sense of history. The facade design of super-high-rise building largely depends on natural environment, social culture, construction technology and so on. By incorporating these factors into the design, you will get the laws and methods that can be used to optimize and improve the spatial environment of the city. This paper attempts to sort out the historical evolution and development status of super tall buildings and their facades at home and abroad. By analyzing the many factors that affect their design, the paper summarizes the basic principles of their design and the development direction of their ecology. It is hoped that it will be inspired, and the research results will be taken as the perfection of the design ideas and techniques to make up for the deficiencies in theory and to provide support for the design of the exterior facade of the super-tall building.
