薄膜褶皺影響因素的試驗研究及數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:薄膜以其輕質(zhì)、折疊體積小以及良好的力學性能等特點,廣泛應用于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)領域和航空航天領域。薄膜因其厚度薄、抗彎剛度小,當外載荷產(chǎn)生的壓應力超過臨界壓應力時,就會出現(xiàn)局部屈曲現(xiàn)象而形成褶皺。褶皺的出現(xiàn)不僅會影響薄膜結(jié)構(gòu)的表面精度,還會改變結(jié)構(gòu)的應力分布狀態(tài),進而影響結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力和動力特性。研究褶皺的影響因素及其影響機理,有利于對薄膜褶皺變形進行準確預測,有效的控制或消除褶皺變形,具有重要的意義。而已有文獻尚未系統(tǒng)研究預張力、厚度、材料屬性(泊松比和彈性模量)對薄膜褶皺變形特征的影響。本文通過受剪矩形薄膜和對角受拉方形薄膜的試驗及有限元研究,系統(tǒng)分析了邊界條件、預張力、厚度、材料屬性等因素,對薄膜褶皺變形特征的影響規(guī)律,具體研究工作如下:a.設計研發(fā)了矩形薄膜受剪和方形薄膜對角受拉的試驗加載裝置,并借助激光位移傳感測量技術(shù)系統(tǒng)研究了邊界條件、預張位移、厚度對矩形薄膜以及邊界條件、厚度對方形薄膜褶皺變形特征的影響。b.基于板殼穩(wěn)定理論,采用商用有限元軟件ANSYS的LS-DYNA顯式算法模塊,對矩形薄膜和方形薄膜褶皺進行數(shù)值分析,并將有限元結(jié)果與相應的試驗結(jié)果進行對比分析,驗證了本文建立的有限元模型的有效性。c.采用通過正確性和精確性驗證的有限元模型,系統(tǒng)研究了邊界條件、預張位移、厚度、泊松比和彈性模量等因素對矩形薄膜褶皺變形特征的影響,以及邊界條件、厚度、泊松比和彈性模量對方形薄膜的褶皺構(gòu)形的影響,并闡述了這些影響因素對薄膜褶皺變形特征的影響機理。研究結(jié)果標明:邊界條件、預張力、厚度以及彈性模量對褶皺構(gòu)形的影響較大,泊松比對褶皺構(gòu)形的影響較小。
[Abstract]:The thin film is widely used in the field of building structure and aerospace because of its light weight, small folding volume and good mechanical properties. Because of its thin thickness and low flexural stiffness, when the compressive stress caused by external load exceeds the critical compressive stress, the local buckling will occur. The appearance of fold will not only affect the surface accuracy of the thin film structure, but also change the stress distribution of the structure, and then affect the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure. It is of great significance to study the influencing factors and the influencing mechanism of folding, which is helpful to accurately predict the deformation of thin film folds and effectively control or eliminate the deformation of folds. However, the influence of pretension, thickness and material properties (Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus) on the characteristics of film folding and deformation has not been systematically studied. In this paper, the effects of boundary conditions, pretension, thickness and material properties on the wrinkle and deformation characteristics of the thin films are systematically analyzed by means of the experiments and finite element studies on the shear rectangular and diagonal tension square films. The specific research work is as follows: A. The experimental loading device of rectangular film shear and square film diagonal tension is designed and developed. The boundary condition, pretension displacement, thickness to rectangular film and boundary condition are systematically studied by laser displacement sensing technique. The effect of thickness on the deformation characteristics of square thin films. Based on the theory of plate and shell stability, the LS-DYNA explicit algorithm module of commercial finite element software ANSYS is used to numerically analyze the rectangular and square thin film folds, and the finite element results are compared with the corresponding experimental results. The validity of the finite element model established in this paper. The effects of boundary conditions, pretension displacement, thickness, Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus on the folding and deformation characteristics of rectangular thin films are systematically studied by using the finite element model verified by correctness and accuracy, as well as the boundary conditions and thickness. The influence of Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus on the fold configuration of square thin film is discussed. The results show that the boundary conditions, pretension, thickness and elastic modulus have great influence on the fold configuration, while Poisson's ratio has little effect on the fold configuration.
