【摘要】：隨著城市人口規(guī)模的日益增長和人們生活品質(zhì)的不斷提高,居民對于住區(qū)日照環(huán)境的要求已不僅局限于居室采光,而且愈加注重場地日照環(huán)境。由于目前部分住區(qū)在規(guī)劃中缺少從場地日照環(huán)境的角度進行設計控制,致使一些場地存在夏季日照陰影少或冬季日照時間短等一系列問題。這些問題對住區(qū)場地日照環(huán)境質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生了極大的影響。本文以寒地城市住區(qū)場地為研究對象。首先歸納總結(jié)出國內(nèi)外在住區(qū)場地日照環(huán)境中的相關(guān)理論研究及實踐措施。其次運用定性與定量相結(jié)合的評價方法,對場地使用者的人群構(gòu)成、活動時間規(guī)律、行為類別、滿意度等進行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計,做出使用狀況評價;在此基礎上,運用Ecotect日照分析軟件對寒地城市住區(qū)中最為常見的規(guī)劃布局形式進行日照模擬,以日照時數(shù)及日照覆蓋面積為主要依據(jù),對寒地城市住區(qū)場地日照物理環(huán)境做出評價。最后,針對使用狀況評價及物理環(huán)境評價中出現(xiàn)的問題,從三個方面進行設計優(yōu)化:一是運用陰影法平面日照等時線法結(jié)合場地使用者的密集活動時間段對場地進行設計優(yōu)化;二是通過建筑單體的空隙率、高寬比、朝向的控制以及建筑群體的中心塔式、錯列式的優(yōu)化布局形式,對建筑進行設計優(yōu)化;三是通過綠化植被的種植、配置,對綠化植被進行設計優(yōu)化。本文力圖構(gòu)建一個理論構(gòu)架,一個參考依據(jù),將已知或可能會對住區(qū)場地日照環(huán)境有影響的因素降到最低點。本人希望通過此項研究工作能為健康舒適的住區(qū)場地日照環(huán)境提供有益探索。
[Abstract]:With the increasing scale of urban population and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, residents' requirements for sunshine environment in residential areas are not only confined to the room lighting, but also pay more and more attention to the spot sunshine environment. Due to the lack of design control from the point of view of sunshine environment in some residential areas at present, some sites have a series of problems, such as less summer sunshine shadow or short winter sunshine time, etc. These problems have a great impact on the environmental quality of residential sites. This article takes the cold region urban settlement site as the research object. First, summarized the domestic and foreign residential site sunshine environment related theoretical research and practical measures. Secondly, the quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods are used to make mathematical statistics on the crowd composition, activity time rule, behavior category, satisfaction degree and so on of site users. The sunshine simulation of the most common planning and layout in cold urban settlements is carried out by using the Ecotect sunshine analysis software. The physical environment of sunshine in cold urban settlements is evaluated on the basis of sunshine hours and sunshine coverage area. Finally, aiming at the problems in the evaluation of the use status and the physical environment, the design optimization is carried out from three aspects: first, the design optimization of the site is carried out by using the shadow method of the plane sunshine isochron method combined with the intensive activity time period of the site users; The second is to optimize the design of the building through the voidage ratio of the building monomer, the aspect ratio, the control of the orientation, and the optimized layout of the center tower and staggered layout of the building group; third, through the planting and allocation of greening vegetation, The design of greening vegetation was optimized. This paper tries to construct a theoretical framework and a reference basis to minimize the factors known or likely to affect the sunshine environment of residential sites. I hope that this research can provide a beneficial exploration for a healthy and comfortable residential site sunshine environment.
