【摘要】：為提高電梯現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理水平,降低電梯故障率,建立電梯故障率受溫度、濕度影響的GM(1,N)預(yù)測(cè)模型,研究環(huán)境溫度、濕度對(duì)電梯故障率的影響;對(duì)所建模型進(jìn)行校驗(yàn),得到殘差序列,利用殘差序列建立修正模型并對(duì)原預(yù)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行修正;利用修正后的預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)某品牌電梯故障率進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:濕度相較于溫度對(duì)電梯故障率的影響更大;修正后的預(yù)測(cè)模型其預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況符合較好,能夠用于該品牌電梯故障率的預(yù)測(cè);根據(jù)模型預(yù)測(cè)值可知該品牌電梯的故障率呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)其檢維修與管理工作。
[Abstract]:In order to improve elevator safety management level, reduce elevator failure rate, establish GM1N) prediction model of elevator fault rate affected by temperature and humidity, study the influence of environment temperature and humidity on elevator failure rate, verify the model, The residual sequence is obtained, the modified model is established and the original prediction model is modified by using the residual sequence, and the failure rate of a brand elevator is predicted by the modified prediction model. The results show that the humidity has more influence on the elevator failure rate than the temperature, and the prediction results of the modified prediction model are in good agreement with the actual situation, and can be used to predict the elevator failure rate of the brand. According to the predicted value of the model, the failure rate of the brand elevator is on the rise, and its inspection, maintenance and management should be strengthened.
