【摘要】：伴隨著經濟發(fā)展,旅游對人們生活愈來愈重要。然而農家樂形式的大陸鄉(xiāng)村旅游產品已不能滿足當代人們的旅游需求。休閑度假旅游已經成為未來我國旅游發(fā)展趨勢,民宿在旅游中的地位日益重要。探究以丹東朝鮮族為例探討了民宿在觀光旅游到休閑度假旅游轉型作用尤為重要。本文通過對朝鮮民俗文化的深入研究,通過分析民宿的來源、發(fā)展、特點,分析民俗文化、民宿與旅游的關系;傳統(tǒng)文化、傳統(tǒng)建筑與民宿設計的關系。分析丹東民宿的現狀、可行性分析及存在的問題。結合朝鮮民俗文化的特點,提出丹東民宿設計原則,結合實踐設計丹東朝鮮族民宿酒店。在實地的案例設計過程中,歸納總結出四點朝鮮族民宿設計原則。通過設計出民宿以它為載體能更好地傳承民俗文化,也能做到接納更多國內外游客住宿。達到帶動當地的旅游及其他周邊產業(yè)發(fā)展,保證民俗文化本身的傳承,為未來丹東朝鮮族民俗旅游業(yè)奠定堅實的基礎。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, tourism is becoming more and more important to people's life. However, the rural tourism products in the form of Nongjiale can not meet the tourism needs of contemporary people. Leisure vacation tourism has become the trend of tourism development in our country in the future. Taking Dandong Korean nationality as an example, it is very important to explore the role of residence in the transition from sightseeing to leisure tourism. Through the in-depth study of Korean folklore culture, this paper analyzes the origin, development, characteristics, folk culture, the relationship between folk residence and tourism, and the relationship between traditional culture, traditional architecture and residential design. This paper analyzes the present situation, feasibility and existing problems of Dandong dwelling. According to the characteristics of Korean folk culture, this paper puts forward the design principle of Dandong residence, and designs the Maikol of Dandong Korean nationality in combination with practice. In the field case design process, summed up the four-point Korean residential design principles. Through the design of residential accommodation with it as a carrier can better pass on folk culture, but also can accept more domestic and foreign tourists accommodation. To promote the development of local tourism and other surrounding industries, to ensure the inheritance of folk culture itself, to lay a solid foundation for the future Dandong Korean folk tourism.
