深圳眾創(chuàng)空間建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著創(chuàng)業(yè)浪潮的的掀起,國(guó)家大力號(hào)召“大眾創(chuàng)新、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)業(yè)”,在“眾創(chuàng)”時(shí)代的背景下,國(guó)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了一種新型的建筑空間形態(tài)需求,即對(duì)“眾創(chuàng)”模式回應(yīng)的空間形態(tài)——“眾創(chuàng)空間”。"眾創(chuàng)空間”是一個(gè)集工作、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社交、資源共享于一體的綜合創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)平臺(tái),相比于傳統(tǒng)辦公空間,眾創(chuàng)空間更注重創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)同共享以及為創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)。如今,在深圳也出現(xiàn)了各式各樣的眾創(chuàng)服務(wù)平臺(tái),眾創(chuàng)空間正成為一個(gè)漸受關(guān)注和研究的主題。本文針對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的需求,探討了眾創(chuàng)空間的概念、成因、使用者行為模式、心理需求,并結(jié)合深圳思微眾創(chuàng)空間2.0,思微眾創(chuàng)空間3.0,意啟創(chuàng)業(yè)車(chē)庫(kù),微漾眾創(chuàng)空間,對(duì)眾創(chuàng)空間使用者的行為模式和心理需求進(jìn)行了實(shí)例及調(diào)研分析,然后根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果設(shè)置了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,結(jié)合調(diào)研的結(jié)果歸納總結(jié)眾創(chuàng)空間的空間構(gòu)成原則,并提出設(shè)計(jì)的量化性參考建議。論文大致從六個(gè)方面展開(kāi),第一層面探討“眾創(chuàng)”的時(shí)代背景以及國(guó)內(nèi)外眾創(chuàng)空間的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,第二層面是闡述眾創(chuàng)空間的理論概念并辨析與之相關(guān)的幾個(gè)空間概念,第三層面是探討眾創(chuàng)空間一般性的特征以及使用者行為模式和心理需求,第四層面是在一般性討論的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)深圳四個(gè)眾創(chuàng)空間案例進(jìn)行剖析,第五個(gè)層面是總結(jié)和歸納眾創(chuàng)空間的空間構(gòu)成原則以及設(shè)計(jì)方法,第六個(gè)層面是分析本文研究的局限以及推測(cè)未來(lái)眾創(chuàng)空間的發(fā)展方向。本文的研究重點(diǎn)在于結(jié)合深圳眾創(chuàng)空間實(shí)例探討使用者的行為模式和心理需求,從而分析其對(duì)空間設(shè)計(jì)的影響,最后從”辦公空間“”交流空間“”休閑娛樂(lè)空間“”展演培訓(xùn)空間“四個(gè)角度對(duì)眾創(chuàng)空間的構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并提出空間整體設(shè)計(jì)的方法與策略。本文旨在為今后眾創(chuàng)空間設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐提供一些詳實(shí)有用的參考資料。
[Abstract]:With the rise of the wave of entrepreneurship, the country vigorously calls for "mass innovation, mass entrepreneurship". Under the background of "numerous innovation" era, there is a new type of architectural space form demand in China. That is, the spatial form of response to the mode of "multiple creation"-"space of creation." Crowdspace "is a comprehensive business service platform that integrates work, network, social and resource sharing. Compared with traditional office space, it pays more attention to the collaborative sharing of entrepreneurial teams and provides entrepreneurial services for entrepreneurs. Today, there are also a variety of Zhongchuang service platforms in Shenzhen, which is becoming a subject of concern and research. Aiming at the demand of architectural design, this paper discusses the concept, cause of formation, user behavior mode, psychological demand of the space, and combines with the space 2.0, the space 3.0, the garage, the space, the space. This paper analyzes the behavior patterns and psychological needs of the users, and then sets a questionnaire according to the results of the analysis, and sums up the principles of the spatial structure of the space. The quantitative reference suggestions of the design are also put forward. The thesis is carried out from six aspects. The first level is to discuss the background of the times and the current situation of the space development at home and abroad. The second level is to expound the theoretical concept of the space and to differentiate several related space concepts. The third level is to explore the general characteristics of the space, as well as the user behavior patterns and psychological needs, the fourth level is based on the general discussion of the four Shenzhen space case analysis, The fifth level is to summarize and sum up the space composition principle and the design method of the space. The sixth level is to analyze the limitations of this paper and to speculate on the future development direction of the space. The research focus of this paper is to discuss the behavior patterns and psychological needs of the users with the example of Shenzhen Zhongchuang Space, so as to analyze its influence on the space design. Finally, from the four angles of "office space", "communication space", "leisure and entertainment space" and "exhibition and training space", the author summarizes the composing characteristics of the space and puts forward the methods and strategies for the overall design of the space. The purpose of this paper is to provide some useful references for the practice of space design in the future.
