挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗的設計與研究

【摘要】:設計一種可搭載于液壓挖掘機工作裝置上的破碎篩分鏟斗,用于靈活破碎年產(chǎn)生量巨大且散布于城市的建筑廢棄物。依托于具有高機動性能的液壓挖掘機載體,突出破碎篩分鏟斗相較于傳統(tǒng)大型破碎設備對城市復雜作業(yè)環(huán)境的高度適應性。本文從廢棄混凝土的物料性能及常用破碎方法和設備入手,對適用于破碎鏟斗的破碎原理進行對比分析,確定研究主體為挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗,進而對其結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作流程及性能特點分別進行闡述。通過對挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗主要工作參數(shù)的計算,完成其與載體挖掘機的質(zhì)量及動力參數(shù)匹配。應用Pro/Engineer Wildfire5.0三維建模軟件對挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗進行三維實體建模與運動仿真分析,驗證其結(jié)構(gòu)及運動的合理性。在此基礎上,重點借助于離散元素法及EDEM離散元分析軟件,建立待破碎物料及輥式破碎篩分鏟斗的參數(shù)化模型,對挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗破碎廢棄混凝土物料的工作過程進行仿真,并得出滿載破碎過程中破碎輥所受的最大軸向力,進而可借助于有限單元法及ANSYS有限元分析軟件,對應用輥式破碎篩分原理的鏟斗體外殼進行結(jié)構(gòu)強度校核,得到鏟斗體在靜力學條件下的等效應力及整體變形情況,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果進行相應的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,力求在設計階段論證鏟斗體的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性,為挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗的正常工作提供基礎保障。挖掘機輥式破碎篩分鏟斗是一種區(qū)別于現(xiàn)有固定式或自移式破碎設備,以高機動性、高效性、綠色化作業(yè)為特點的破碎篩分裝置,優(yōu)化了固體廢棄物,特別是城市建筑廢棄物的處理流程,在創(chuàng)造新價值的同時也減小了自然資源消耗及自然環(huán)境污染等問題。
[Abstract]:A crushing sieve bucket, which can be mounted on the working device of hydraulic excavator, is designed, which can be used for flexible crushing of construction waste with large annual production and scattered in the city. Based on the hydraulic excavator carrier with high mobility, the high adaptability of crushing sieve bucket to the complex working environment of the city compared with the traditional large crushing equipment is highlighted. Starting with the material performance of waste concrete and the commonly used crushing methods and equipment, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the crushing principle suitable for the crushing bucket, and determines that the main body of the study is the excavator roller crushing sieve bucket, and then the structure composition of the bucket is determined. Work flow and performance characteristics are described respectively. Through the calculation of the main working parameters of the roller crushing sieve bucket of the excavator, the quality and dynamic parameters of the excavator are matched with those of the carrier excavator. Using Pro-engineer Wildfire 5.0 3D modeling software, the 3D solid modeling and motion simulation analysis of the roller crushing sieve bucket of excavator are carried out, and the rationality of its structure and motion is verified. On this basis, the parameterized model of material to be broken and roller crushing sieve bucket is established by means of discrete element method and EDEM discrete element analysis software. In this paper, the working process of crushing abandoned concrete material by roller crushing sieve bucket of excavator is simulated, and the maximum axial force of crushing roller in the process of full load crushing is obtained, which can be obtained by means of finite element method and ANSYS finite element analysis software. By checking the structure strength of bucket shell with roller crushing and screening principle, the equivalent stress and integral deformation of bucket body under static condition are obtained, and the corresponding structural optimization is carried out according to the analysis results. The structural stability of bucket body is demonstrated in the design stage to provide basic guarantee for the normal work of roller crushing sieve bucket of excavator. The roller crushing sieve bucket of excavator is different from the existing fixed or self-moving crushing equipment. It is characterized by high mobility, high efficiency and green operation, and the solid waste is optimized. Especially, the disposal process of urban construction wastes not only creates new value, but also reduces the consumption of natural resources and natural environment pollution.
