【摘要】：分析了我國(guó)不同統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒中民用建筑面積相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。通過對(duì)我國(guó)相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)制度的梳理,對(duì)涉及宏觀建筑面積時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)的主要統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分類,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)的平衡公式、統(tǒng)計(jì)范圍、數(shù)據(jù)口徑、有效年份、數(shù)據(jù)完整性等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,確定了我國(guó)現(xiàn)有宏觀建筑面積統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的主要問題并給出了選用建議,為我國(guó)宏觀建筑能耗研究提供方法和數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The related data of civil building area in different statistical yearbooks of China are analyzed. By combing the related statistical system of our country, the main statistical indexes related to the time series data of macroscopic building area are classified, and the balance formula, the statistical range, the data caliber, the effective year of the data index are analyzed. The data integrity is systematically analyzed, and the main problems of the existing macroscopic building area statistics data in China are determined, and the selection suggestions are given, which provide the method and data support for the study of the energy consumption of the macroscopic building in China.
