【摘要】：EPC模式由于克服了傳統(tǒng)的工程項目承發(fā)包模式中設(shè)計、采購和施工相對獨立造成的弊端,通過統(tǒng)一調(diào)度和管理有效轉(zhuǎn)移了投資風(fēng)險,現(xiàn)已成為國際上普遍采用的項目承發(fā)包模式。但是,由于我國現(xiàn)有項目交付模式依舊采用二維方式作為設(shè)計工具和信息傳遞媒介,導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有項目交付模式在工作整合、信息傳遞等方面依舊不夠理想,未能真正實現(xiàn)項目的集成化管理。隨著信息化進程的不斷加快,各企業(yè)都十分重視通過利用信息技術(shù)的利用提升企業(yè)管理水平,尤其是以EPC總承包為主要發(fā)展方向的大型建設(shè)企業(yè)對此更加重視,但目前并無針對EPC項目的成熟的信息化建設(shè)方案。論文首先對EPC模式下工程管理信息化的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀與研究成果進行分析,討論從項目管理的實際出發(fā),分析了建筑企業(yè)EPC項目管理信息化急需解決的問題,針對這些問題從工程項目的設(shè)計、采購、施工各環(huán)節(jié)的“三大目標(biāo)”控制的信息化建設(shè)內(nèi)容方面進行了詳細(xì)的研究,提出了 EPC項目信息化管理整體設(shè)計框架,對系統(tǒng)進行了詳細(xì)的需求分析,包括業(yè)務(wù)需求和功能需求,對系統(tǒng)進行了總體設(shè)計與模塊設(shè)計,包括計劃BIM模型、文檔管理、事物管理、控制系統(tǒng)等功能模塊,給出了模塊設(shè)計的功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖和處理流程圖,進行了各功能界面設(shè)計的建議,同時為配套平臺系統(tǒng)開發(fā)基于無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的PC、pad、手機APP客戶端提供了建設(shè)思路。本文構(gòu)建的信息化管理系統(tǒng)提供的功能是EPC項目的周期管理,對項目運行中的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行統(tǒng)一的管理和規(guī)劃,提高項目運營的效率,降低效率成本、保證項目能夠按時按量的完成。
[Abstract]:The EPC model overcomes the disadvantages caused by the relatively independent design, procurement and construction in the traditional project contracting mode, and effectively transfers the investment risk through unified scheduling and management. It has become an international project contracting mode. However, the existing project delivery mode in our country still uses two-dimensional method as the design tool and information transmission medium, which leads to the existing project delivery mode is still not ideal in the aspects of work integration, information transmission and so on. The integrated management of the project has not been realized. With the rapid development of information technology, all enterprises attach great importance to the use of information technology to improve the level of enterprise management, especially the EPC general contracting as the main development direction of large construction enterprises pay more attention to this. However, there is no mature information construction program for EPC project at present. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation and research results of project management informatization in EPC mode, and discusses the urgent problems of construction enterprise EPC project management informatization from the point of view of project management. Aiming at these problems, this paper makes a detailed study on the contents of the information construction controlled by the "three goals" of the design, procurement and construction of the engineering project, and puts forward the overall design framework of the EPC project information management. Detailed requirement analysis of the system, including business requirements and functional requirements, the overall design of the system and module design, including planning BIM model, document management, business management, control system and other functional modules, The function structure diagram and processing flow chart of the module design are given, and the suggestions for the design of each functional interface are given. At the same time, the construction ideas are provided for the development of the supporting platform system based on the wireless network PC-padand the mobile phone APP client. The function of the information management system constructed in this paper is the periodic management of the EPC project. The management and planning of each link in the project operation are unified, so as to improve the efficiency of the project operation and reduce the efficiency cost. Ensure that the project is completed on time and on time.
