【摘要】：本文主要是結(jié)合所學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理理論知識(shí)與部分經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),針對(duì)云南CM廣場(chǎng)智能化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)管理過程的需要,對(duì)云南CM廣場(chǎng)智能化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)行時(shí)間管理研究,為了避免工期延誤,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的各施工階段進(jìn)行有效的時(shí)間安排,保證項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度,提高項(xiàng)目的效率。本文是項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法在云南CM廣場(chǎng)智能化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中的有機(jī)結(jié)合與合理應(yīng)用,此舉有助于形成更合理化的時(shí)間管理理念,通過對(duì)云南CM廣場(chǎng)智能化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理研究,在施工階段延誤的情況下,優(yōu)化剩余施工階段的時(shí)間,提高對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理與控制,使項(xiàng)目時(shí)間安排合理,管控時(shí)間,有助于項(xiàng)目效益最大化。首先,簡(jiǎn)單闡述一下選題的背景、目的、研究方法和意義,再介紹一下項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理理論的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況,包括PERT、CPM和CCPM等;其次,通過對(duì)"云南CM廣場(chǎng)"建設(shè)項(xiàng)目大體情況的概述,加深對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的了解,為接下來的分析和研究打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ);最后,針對(duì)"云南CM廣場(chǎng)"建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的具體情況,逐級(jí)地對(duì)本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理的相關(guān)分析,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中可能存在的進(jìn)度問題或者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加以預(yù)防,同時(shí)給出應(yīng)對(duì)建議。本論文的資料數(shù)據(jù)來源于該工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際,是作者在項(xiàng)目管理過程中的體會(huì)與感想。本論文對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的管理者具有較強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This paper is combined with the study of the basic knowledge of project management theory and knowledge economics, according to the project construction of Yunnan CM square intelligent construction management process, research on time management of project construction in Yunnan CM square of intelligent construction, in order to avoid the delay of the project, each construction stage for effective schedule to ensure the progress of the project, improve the efficiency of the project. This paper is a combination of the theories and methods of project management in the construction management of construction projects in Yunnan CM square of the intelligent and reasonable application, which contributes to the formation of a more reasonable time management concept, through the study on time management of project construction in Yunnan CM square smart, delay in construction stage, optimization of the construction phase of the remaining time, improve the management and control of project construction potential risks, make the project schedule reasonably, control time That helps to maximize project benefits. Firstly, briefly elaborates the background, purpose, research methods and significance, and then introduces the development situation, the project time management theory at home and abroad, including PERT, CPM and CCPM; secondly, through an overview of the "Yunnan CM square" construction project general situation, deepen on the understanding of the project, to analyze and study the next lay a solid foundation; finally, according to the specific situation of Yunnan CM square construction project, analyze the project time management of the project step by step, and the implementation of the project process schedule problems or risk prevention, and given the response the data source of this paper. In the actual project, and some experience is in the process of project management. The author has strong guidance and reference meaning of this thesis is the management of engineering project.
