【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷調(diào)整的大背景下,老舊工業(yè)區(qū)的改造成為了一個(gè)日益熱門的話題,頻繁出現(xiàn)在各大報(bào)道當(dāng)中。深圳,作為改革開放第一批受益的城市,在改革開放初期,大力促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,為了滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的需求,建設(shè)了大量的工業(yè)建筑廠區(qū),隨著時(shí)間的飛速流逝,時(shí)代悄然改變,深圳市的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)重心已經(jīng)慢慢轉(zhuǎn)向了高科技信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)型產(chǎn)業(yè)。這些歷史遺留下來,荒廢的舊工業(yè)建筑由于其良好的地理位置,以及人們對(duì)于可持續(xù)發(fā)展概念的日益重視,使得這些建筑的去留問題備受關(guān)注,政府及相關(guān)企業(yè)也已經(jīng)展開了對(duì)部分舊工業(yè)建筑重新塑造的計(jì)劃。例如深圳的南海意庫,華僑城文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園,華美術(shù)館等等就是其中的受益者。本文首先通過對(duì)這些案例的進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察調(diào)研,理清工業(yè)建筑改造的框架,通過理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的方式,進(jìn)行論述。主要闡述內(nèi)容如下:(1)闡述國內(nèi)外舊工業(yè)建筑改造產(chǎn)生的原因,發(fā)展,以及舊工業(yè)建筑改文化建筑的價(jià)值。(2)考慮到工業(yè)建筑群與工業(yè)建筑單體由于規(guī)模上的區(qū)別,需采用的不同的改造手法。工業(yè)建筑群體改造中,通過與城市的聯(lián)系,外部環(huán)境的改造,設(shè)備的增添,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),景觀的塑造,社會(huì)文化意義等各個(gè)方面的分析,整理歸納工業(yè)建筑群體的改造手法。(3)工業(yè)建筑單體的改造中,通過分析周邊道路和周邊建筑與所研究的單體建筑之間的關(guān)系,分析外部形象的重新塑造手法,探索內(nèi)部空間的重新塑造方式,歸納建筑單體改造過程中生態(tài)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的技術(shù)的運(yùn)用,系統(tǒng)梳理工業(yè)建筑單體的改造策略(4)通過對(duì)這些實(shí)際案例的調(diào)研與分析,總結(jié)和展望工業(yè)建筑改造為文化建筑的發(fā)展前景。通過對(duì)這些舊工業(yè)建筑改造為文化建筑的工業(yè)建筑群體或者單體的分析,梳理其改造手法和改造意義,總結(jié)工業(yè)建筑改造為文化建筑的切實(shí)可行的道路,梳理改造后的這些案例的優(yōu)良品質(zhì),同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)其中仍有待進(jìn)一步改善的空間,力求為以后的工業(yè)建筑改文化建筑的方向提供一套系統(tǒng)化的,有意義的改造理論。
[Abstract]:In the background of rapid economic development, the adjustment of industrial structure under the transformation of the old industrial area has become an increasingly hot topic, frequently appears in the report. Shenzhen, as the reform and opening up the first batch of benefit of the city, in the early stage of reform and opening up, vigorously promote economic development, in order to meet the needs of economic growth. The construction of a large number of industrial factory building, with the rapid passage of time, the times changed, the economic center of Shenzhen's industrial structure has slowly turned to high-tech information industry and service industry. These historical legacy, abandoned the old industrial buildings because of its good geographical position, and people pay more attention to the concept of sustainable development. The issue of the fate of these buildings has attracted much attention, the government and related enterprises have begun to reshape the old industrial building part of the plan. For example, deep Shenzhen Library of the South China Sea, overseas Chinese Town Cultural Creative Industry Park, China Art Museum is one of the beneficiaries. Firstly, based on the case investigation, sort out the framework of industrial buildings, through theory and practice, are discussed. The main contents are as follows: the explanation of the reasons, China (1) and the transformation of old industrial buildings have developed, and the value of the old industrial architecture culture building. (2) taking into account the industrial buildings and industrial buildings due to the difference between the monomer scale, using different reform methods. Group transformation of industrial buildings, through the connection with the city, the transformation of external environment, equipment the increase in ecological architecture, landscape design, analysis and other aspects of the social and cultural significance, finishing the transformation technique of industrial building induction group. (3) the transformation of monomer in industrial buildings, through the analysis of the surrounding road The relationship between the road and the surrounding buildings and the single building, analysis of the external image of the re shaping techniques, explore the internal space of the re shaping the way, use the ecological and sustainable development of inductive single building in the process of transformation technology, transformation strategy system combing industrial building monomer (4) through the investigation and Analysis on the the actual case, the summary and outlook of the prospects for the development of industrial buildings and cultural buildings. Based on the analysis of the transformation of old industrial buildings for cultural construction of industrial buildings or groups of monomers, the technique and the transformation of meaning transformation combing, summarize the industrial building renovation for cultural construction of feasible way, good quality of carding after transformation in these cases, at the same time, there is still room for further improvement in space, and strive for the future industrial building cultural construction direction to provide a set of systematic, A meaningful theory of transformation.
