西寧市居民就職差異性及其空間演變——基于4種類型單位居住區(qū)的比較

【摘要】:為掌握單位居住區(qū)職住關(guān)系,采用問卷調(diào)查法和GIS空間分析方法對西寧市的4個單位居住區(qū)的510戶居民進行基本通勤特征的問卷調(diào)查,分析就職單位空間密度分布,揭示西寧市不同單位類型居民的就職空間演變。結(jié)果表明:傳統(tǒng)的、重組的、破產(chǎn)的和易地搬遷等多種類型的單位居住區(qū)共存,西寧市單位居住區(qū)就職空間發(fā)生了顯著的空間分化,單位居住區(qū)就業(yè)空間演變受到居住區(qū)聚集度增加、居住區(qū)功能獨立化、居民來源多樣化、離城市商服中心的距離和單位運營結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性等因素的影響,居住空間趨向于規(guī);途奂,就業(yè)空間由高聚集的單中心向多中心演變,職住分離顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to master the relationship between the occupation and housing in the unit residential area, the basic commuting characteristics of 510 households in 4 residential areas of Xining city were investigated by questionnaire survey and GIS spatial analysis method, and the spatial density distribution of the unit was analyzed. The results show that the traditional, reorganized, bankrupt and reshuffled units coexist in Xining. In Xining City, the employment space of the unit residential area has undergone significant spatial differentiation. With the influence of the distance from the city commercial service center and the stability of the unit operation structure, the living space tends to scale and agglomeration, the employment space evolves from the single center with high concentration to the multi-center, and the separation of occupation and residence is remarkable.
