高層建筑外墻火蔓延阻隔方法研究

【摘要】:高層建筑火災(zāi)中的火焰和煙氣一直是嚴(yán)重影響人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失的主要因素。因此,如何有效抑制火災(zāi)中的火焰和煙氣蔓延是建筑防火設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。本文基于前人的研究成果,試圖以建筑外立面結(jié)構(gòu)作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)體火災(zāi)蔓延試驗(yàn)為支撐,分析、評(píng)價(jià)不同外立面窗口噴火的火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性,以及外立面火災(zāi)蔓延控制效果,為建筑外立面防火設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。實(shí)體火自然蔓延試驗(yàn)表明:平面隔離帶、凸型防火“挑檐”結(jié)構(gòu)形式對(duì)建筑外立面的火焰蔓延均存在影響,凸型防火“挑檐”結(jié)構(gòu)影響更為突出。實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,建筑物外凸陽臺(tái)、飄窗設(shè)計(jì)方案具有明顯的火焰?zhèn)鞑ヒ种苾?yōu)勢(shì)。此外,本文還運(yùn)用火災(zāi)模擬軟件FDS模擬分析了建筑結(jié)構(gòu)差異對(duì)建筑外立面火災(zāi)蔓延的影響,通過外墻區(qū)域溫度分布的對(duì)比得出凹形、平面形、凸形結(jié)構(gòu)形式對(duì)建筑外立面火焰蔓延的影響,用以判斷是否可以阻止或者減緩建筑外墻火災(zāi)蔓延。經(jīng)模擬分析發(fā)現(xiàn)3種不同建筑結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)外墻火災(zāi)蔓延控制效果:凸形平面形凹形,且其結(jié)構(gòu)的凹陷程度越大,對(duì)其火焰控制效果越差。
[Abstract]:The flame and smoke in high-rise building fire have been the main factors which seriously affect casualties and property losses. How to effectively suppress the flame and smoke spread in fire is the key of building fire prevention design. Based on the previous research results, this paper attempts to take the building exterior structure as the starting point, numerical simulation and solid fire spread test as the support, analysis. The fire risk of different exterior facade windows is evaluated, and the effect of fire spread control on exterior facade is evaluated, which provides a reference for the fire prevention design of building outer facade. The structure form of "roof eaves" of convex type fire prevention has an influence on the flame spread of the exterior facade of building, and the influence of "roof eaves" structure of convex type fire prevention is more prominent. In practical application, the building has a protruding balcony, The design of floating window has obvious advantages of flame propagation suppression. In addition, the influence of building structure difference on the fire spread on the outer facade of building is analyzed by using fire simulation software FDS. The influence of concave, plane and convex structure on the flame spread on the outer facade of the building is obtained by comparing the regional temperature distribution of the exterior wall. Through simulation analysis, it is found that three different building structures can control the fire spread of the exterior wall: convex plane concave, and the greater the degree of depression of the structure, The worse the flame control effect is.
