【摘要】：針對(duì)局部均值分解(Local Mean Decomposition,LMD)方法提取電梯導(dǎo)靴振動(dòng)信號(hào)的故障特征分量時(shí)存在的模態(tài)混淆現(xiàn)象,本文提出了一種基于奇異值分解(Singular Value Decomposition,SVD)優(yōu)化局部均值分解(Local Mean Decomposition,LMD)的電梯導(dǎo)靴振動(dòng)信號(hào)故障特征提取方法。該方法以奇異值貢獻(xiàn)率原則構(gòu)造原始信號(hào)的Hankel矩陣,采用SVD對(duì)Hankel矩陣進(jìn)行分解;將曲率譜原則與奇異值貢獻(xiàn)率原則相結(jié)合對(duì)奇異值進(jìn)行選擇,將包含主要故障信息的奇異值進(jìn)行逆重構(gòu),得到剔除噪聲信號(hào)與光滑信號(hào)的突變信號(hào);并利用LMD方法對(duì)突變信號(hào)進(jìn)行故障特征提取,得到能夠突出原始信號(hào)振動(dòng)特征的故障特征分量。實(shí)例結(jié)果表明該方法有效改善了LMD的模態(tài)混淆現(xiàn)象,更準(zhǔn)確地提取了振動(dòng)信號(hào)的故障特征分量,為電梯導(dǎo)靴的故障診斷提供了一條有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:For the local mean decomposition (LMD) method to extract the fault characteristic components of the vibration signals of elevator guide boots, there is modal confusion phenomenon in this paper. In this paper, a method based on singular Value decomposition (SVD) to optimize local mean decomposition (LMD) for vibration signal fault feature extraction of elevator guide shoe is presented. The Hankel matrix of original signal is constructed by using singular value contribution rate principle. The Hankel matrix is decomposed by SVD, the singular value is selected by combining the curvature spectrum principle with the singular value contribution principle, and the singular value which contains the main fault information is inversely reconstructed, and the abrupt signal which removes the noise signal and the smooth signal is obtained. The fault feature components which can highlight the vibration characteristics of the original signal are obtained by using the LMD method to extract the fault feature of the sudden change signal. The results show that the method can effectively improve the modal confusion phenomenon of the LMD. The fault characteristic components of vibration signals are extracted more accurately, which provides an effective way for the fault diagnosis of elevator guide boots.
