【摘要】：介紹了日本在城市及住區(qū)更新發(fā)展中養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),解析其地域融合化養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的發(fā)展方向。并針對(duì)當(dāng)前城市養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建設(shè)的基本問(wèn)題,以北京亞運(yùn)村項(xiàng)目為例,剖析其與既有住區(qū)融合的建設(shè)模式、高齡人口持續(xù)生活的既有住區(qū)更新的社會(huì)價(jià)值,以及該項(xiàng)目采用的OB+SI建筑的空間再生設(shè)計(jì)建造模式、在建筑支撐體外部形態(tài)改造與建筑填充體內(nèi)部空間利用的設(shè)計(jì)建造、對(duì)既有公共建筑改造內(nèi)裝工業(yè)化、部品化技術(shù)的集成研發(fā)應(yīng)用的實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the construction experience of the old-age facilities in the renewal of urban and residential areas in Japan, analyzes the development direction of the old-age facilities in the region, and takes the project of Beijing Asian Games Village as an example, aiming at the basic problems in the construction of the urban old-age facilities at present. This paper analyzes the construction mode of its integration with the existing residential area, the social value of the renewal of the existing residential area in which the elderly population continues to live, and the spatial regeneration design and construction model of the OBSI building adopted by the project. The design and construction of the exterior shape transformation of the building support and the utilization of the inner space of the building filling body are the practice of the integration research and development of the existing public building reconstruction and industrialization and the integration of the part technology.
