【摘要】：近幾年來(lái),隨著全球化的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,大量的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地出現(xiàn)。從20世紀(jì)70年代起,很多西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家就開(kāi)始對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地進(jìn)行保護(hù)與更新研究。陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了很多后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐案例。我國(guó)目前正處于城市化快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,城市功能的轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,新型工業(yè)的出現(xiàn),使我國(guó)也出現(xiàn)了大批工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地,占據(jù)城市中大量的土地。近年來(lái),我國(guó)的城市正處于“退二進(jìn)三”的轉(zhuǎn)型期,對(duì)于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀更新的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐也在如火如荼的進(jìn)行中。對(duì)于長(zhǎng)春市,這座東北重要的工業(yè)基地,存在著大量的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地。很多工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地已經(jīng)停止了工業(yè)生產(chǎn),很多已經(jīng)被拆除或改變了使用功能。這些遺留下來(lái)的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地不僅有多重價(jià)值,同時(shí)也為城市更新和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供有力的條件。本文通過(guò)總結(jié)和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀更新案例。首先對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市寬城區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)及現(xiàn)狀特征進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,總結(jié)出其工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題和更新的必要性。其次,深入挖掘?qū)挸菂^(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地的潛在價(jià)值;通過(guò)歷史及現(xiàn)狀特征歸納出寬城區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀更新的梯度和更新的空間類(lèi)型;并進(jìn)一步總結(jié)了寬城區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀更新的設(shè)計(jì)原則。最后,探討了寬城區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀更新設(shè)計(jì)的策略及方法。并結(jié)合實(shí)際場(chǎng)地,運(yùn)用文章中的理論基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀特征及存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)天興福制粉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地進(jìn)行景觀更新概念設(shè)計(jì)研究。本文通過(guò)解決寬城區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)地景觀更新的理論及實(shí)踐研究發(fā)揮積極的意義。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)春市工業(yè)歷史文脈的繼承與延續(xù),并促進(jìn)城市更新的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of globalization and the adjustment of industrial structure, a large number of industrial heritage sites have appeared. From 1970s onwards. Many western developed countries began to study the protection and renewal of industrial heritage sites. There have been many practical cases of post-industrial landscape design. China is now in the period of rapid development of urbanization. With the transformation of urban function, the adjustment of industrial structure and the emergence of new industry, a large number of industrial heritage sites have appeared in China, occupying a large amount of land in the city in recent years. The cities of our country are in the transition period of "retreating two into three", and the design practice of landscape renewal of industrial heritage is also in full swing. For Changchun, this important industrial base in Northeast China. There are a large number of industrial heritage sites. Many industrial heritage sites have stopped industrial production, many have been demolished or changed their use functions. These legacy industrial heritage sites are not only of great value. At the same time, it also provides strong conditions for urban renewal and economic development. This paper summarizes and draws lessons from successful cases of industrial heritage landscape renewal at home and abroad. Firstly, the development context and present situation of industrial heritage sites in Kuancheng district of Changchun city are introduced. The characteristics were investigated and analyzed. Summarize the existing problems and the necessity of renewal of the industrial heritage landscape. Secondly, explore the potential value of the industrial heritage land in Kuancheng; Based on the historical and present characteristics, the gradient and spatial types of landscape regeneration of industrial heritage sites in Kuancheng District are summarized. And further summarized the design principles of industrial heritage site landscape renewal in Kuancheng District. Finally, discussed the strategy and method of landscape renewal design of industrial heritage site in Kuancheng District, and combined with the actual site. Using the theoretical basis of the article, according to the characteristics of the current situation and existing problems. This paper studies the concept design of landscape renewal for the industrial heritage site of Tianxingfu flour mill. This paper solves the practical problems of the industrial heritage site landscape in Kuancheng District. It is of great significance to study the theory and practice of landscape renewal of industrial heritage sites in Changchun, so as to realize the inheritance and continuation of the historical context of Changchun industry, and to promote the process of urban renewal.
