【摘要】：目的探討《特殊情況緊急搶救輸血推薦方案》對(duì)蘭州地區(qū)緊急搶救輸血的意義。方法對(duì)2014年1月-2015年12月期間,蘭州地區(qū)3家三甲醫(yī)院申請(qǐng)緊急搶救用血情況進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果推薦方案實(shí)施后,蘭州地區(qū)3家三甲醫(yī)院參考推薦方案緊急搶救輸血677例;蘭州地區(qū)緊急搶救供血冬季供血矛盾突出;Rh(-)患者緊急搶救輸血無Rh(-)血時(shí)ABO同型血輸注比率2014年為8.57%,2015年增高到17.48%。結(jié)論在《特殊情況緊急搶救輸血推薦方案》的指導(dǎo)下,甘肅省血液中心和醫(yī)院相互配合,有效提高了危急情況下輸血的時(shí)效性和安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the significance of emergency rescue blood transfusion in Lanzhou area. Methods from January 2014 to December 2015, three grade A hospitals in Lanzhou were analyzed retrospectively. Results after the implementation of the recommended scheme, 677 cases of emergency blood transfusion were rescued by the reference recommendation scheme of 3 Grade A hospitals in Lanzhou area, and the contradiction of emergency rescue blood supply in winter in Lanzhou area was prominent. Rh (-) patients in emergency rescue transfusion without Rh (-) blood transfusion rate of ABO (-) blood transfusion in 2014 was 8.57%, in 2015 increased to 17.48%. Conclusion under the guidance of "recommended Program for Emergency Rescue Blood Transfusion in Special cases", the blood center and hospital of Gansu Province cooperate with each other, which can effectively improve the timeliness and safety of blood transfusion in critical situations.
