2012—2014年玉環(huán)縣8~10歲兒童尿碘與食用鹽碘的動態(tài)評價

【摘要】:目的了解2012—2014年浙江省玉環(huán)縣8~10歲兒童尿碘水平以及食用鹽碘含量狀況及變化。方法采用重復橫斷面調(diào)查設計,于2012—2014年對浙江省玉環(huán)縣兒童開展3次橫斷面調(diào)查,以分層整群抽樣的方法選定玉環(huán)縣某小學3~5年級(8~10歲)9個班(每年級3個班)所有學生,收集晨尿及家庭食用鹽,檢測晨尿尿碘水平及食用鹽碘含量。結果 1343名學生尿碘中位數(shù)為116.0μg/L,尿碘含量50μg/L、100μg/L和≥300μg/L分別占4.8%、38.6%和3.5%,未發(fā)現(xiàn)兒童尿碘水平和分布的不同年份、性別和年級的統(tǒng)計學差異。檢測食用鹽1343份,鹽碘中位數(shù)為0.0 mg/kg,碘鹽覆蓋率、碘鹽合格率、合格碘鹽食用率分別為22.8%、89.5%和20.4%,2012—2014年的合格碘鹽食用率分別為25.1%、21.8%和14.2%,逐年降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=20.232,P0.001)。鹽碘與尿碘的平均水平及含量分布均有統(tǒng)計學關聯(lián),Spearman相關分析顯示鹽碘與尿碘呈弱正相關關聯(lián)(r=0.135,P0.001)。結論 2012—2014年浙江省玉環(huán)縣8~10歲兒童碘營養(yǎng)狀況總體上是平穩(wěn)、適宜和安全的,但碘鹽覆蓋率過低。
