【摘要】：神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙兒童的臨床表現(xiàn)各異,但同時(shí)合并睡眠障礙的比例非常高,且發(fā)生率、嚴(yán)重度、病程、治療難度及復(fù)發(fā)率各方面均明顯高于正常發(fā)育兒童。此外,睡眠紊亂對(duì)這些神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙兒童在認(rèn)知、情緒、社會(huì)發(fā)展和行為表現(xiàn)等多領(lǐng)域的損害也更為顯著,甚至?xí)䥽?yán)重影響家人的睡眠質(zhì)量和生活質(zhì)量。但是,一直以來(lái),兒科臨床人員對(duì)睡眠障礙的認(rèn)識(shí)相對(duì)較少,也缺乏睡眠評(píng)估和診治的能力。因此,從神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙兒童合并睡眠障礙的病因和危險(xiǎn)因素分析開(kāi)始,介紹其相應(yīng)的臨床癥狀、評(píng)估手段以及干預(yù)辦法,以期幫助兒科臨床人員在診治神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙兒童過(guò)程中,提高其對(duì)睡眠癥狀的評(píng)估及干預(yù)水平,通過(guò)改善睡眠提升此類(lèi)患兒的白天功能水平、康復(fù)治療效果以及家人的睡眠質(zhì)量和生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The clinical manifestations of children with neurodevelopmental disorders were different, but the incidence, severity, course, treatment difficulty and recurrence rate of the children with sleep disorders were significantly higher than those of normal children. In addition, sleep disorders have a more significant impact on the cognitive, emotional, social development and behavioral performance of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, and may even seriously affect the quality of sleep and quality of life of their families. However, paediatric clinicians have been relatively less aware of sleep disorders and lack the ability to assess and diagnose sleep. Therefore, starting with the analysis of the etiology and risk factors of neurodevelopmental disorder children with sleep disorder, the corresponding clinical symptoms, evaluation methods and intervention methods are introduced. In order to help pediatric clinicians in the process of diagnosis and treatment of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, improve their sleep symptoms evaluation and intervention level, through improving sleep to improve the daytime function of such children, The effect of rehabilitation treatment and the quality of sleep and quality of life of the family.
