【摘要】：目的分析探討住院精神分裂癥患者發(fā)生便秘的誘發(fā)因素,并針對(duì)誘發(fā)因素實(shí)施相應(yīng)的護(hù)理對(duì)策。方法選取我院收治的精神分裂癥患者30例,對(duì)其發(fā)生便秘的誘發(fā)因素進(jìn)行探索,并對(duì)誘發(fā)因素進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的護(hù)理以便加以避免。結(jié)果在年齡大于50歲的患者中發(fā)生便秘的情況更多,與小于50歲的患者相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);住院精神分裂癥患者發(fā)生便秘的原因與性別無關(guān),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);住院時(shí)間小于兩周的患者發(fā)生便秘的比例較小,住院時(shí)間超過兩周的患者發(fā)生便秘的比例較大,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。使用傳統(tǒng)抗精神病藥物的患者發(fā)生便秘的比例為76.92%,使用新型類藥物的患者發(fā)生便秘的比例為47.06%,使用傳統(tǒng)抗精神病藥物的患者較使用新型類藥物的患者更容易發(fā)生便秘,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論住院精神分裂癥患者發(fā)生便秘與患者的年齡、住院時(shí)間、使用藥物情況有關(guān)系,患者年齡越大,住院時(shí)間越長越容易發(fā)生便秘,而且使用傳統(tǒng)抗精神病藥物的患者比使用新型類藥物的患者更容易發(fā)生便秘,在臨床上要根據(jù)患者的具體情況,做好患者的護(hù)理工作,避免便秘的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the inducing factors of constipation in inpatients with schizophrenia and to carry out corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods Thirty patients with schizophrenia were selected in our hospital to explore the inducing factors of constipation, and nursing the related factors in order to avoid them. Results constipation was more common in patients over 50 years old than in patients younger than 50 years old (P0.05). The cause of constipation in schizophrenic patients was not related to sex, and the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). The proportion of constipation in patients with less than two weeks of hospitalization was smaller than that in patients with more than two weeks of hospitalization, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The rate of constipation in patients with traditional antipsychotics was 76.92, and that in patients with new drugs was 47.06. Patients with traditional antipsychotics were more likely to develop constipation than those with new drugs (P0.05). Conclusion constipation is associated with age, length of stay in hospital and drug use in patients with schizophrenia. The older the patients are, the more likely they are to have constipation. Patients who use traditional antipsychotic drugs are more likely to develop constipation than those who use new drugs. According to the specific conditions of patients, the nursing work of patients should be done well to avoid constipation.
