【摘要】：目的研究?jī)和颊咧蟹蛛x的卡他莫拉菌臨床分布及耐藥性,指導(dǎo)臨床合理用藥。方法對(duì)2013-2014年北京兒童醫(yī)院臨床送檢標(biāo)本分離出的189株卡他莫拉菌的分布、產(chǎn)酶情況和藥敏結(jié)果進(jìn)行回顧性分析。采用紙片擴(kuò)散法作藥敏試驗(yàn),頭孢硝噻吩紙片法測(cè)定β內(nèi)酰胺酶。依照2013年CLSI M45-A2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判斷結(jié)果。結(jié)果卡他莫拉菌多分離于嬰幼兒患者,�；旌掀渌�(xì)菌。β內(nèi)酰胺酶陽(yáng)性率為95.7%,對(duì)阿莫西林-克拉維酸、甲氧芐啶-磺胺甲唑、四環(huán)素耐藥率分別為0、2.1%和4.2%。對(duì)紅霉素和阿奇霉素耐藥嚴(yán)重,耐藥率達(dá)到了82.5%和83.1%。結(jié)論兒童患者攜帶的卡他莫拉菌β內(nèi)酰胺酶陽(yáng)性率很高,其高產(chǎn)酶特點(diǎn)使青霉素類(lèi)藥物不能作為臨床一線用藥�？ㄋ鷮�(duì)大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類(lèi)耐藥性較高,應(yīng)引起臨床重視,并加強(qiáng)對(duì)其耐藥監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical distribution and drug resistance of isolated strains of Morrah in children and to guide rational drug use. Methods the distribution, enzyme production and drug sensitivity of 189 strains of Mora carinii isolated from clinical samples of Beijing Children's Hospital from 2013 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Drug sensitivity test was performed by disk diffusion method and 尾-lactamase was determined by ceftathiophene disk method. The results were judged according to the 2013 CLSI M45-A2 standard. Results the positive rate of 尾 lactamases was 95.70.The positive rate of amoxicillin clavulanic acid, trimethoprim sulfamethazol, amoxicillin, trimethoprim and sulfamethazol was 95.7%. The tetracycline resistance rates were 0.1% and 4.2%, respectively. The resistance rates of erythromycin and azithromycin were 82.5% and 83.1% respectively. Conclusion the positive rate of 尾 -lactamases carried by children patients is very high, and the characteristics of high enzyme production make penicillin drugs can not be used as a clinical first-line drug. Because of its high resistance to macrolides, it should be paid more attention in clinic and surveillance of drug resistance should be strengthened.
